    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide what use is a telephone system that says please call back during office opening hours if your not going to tell customers what these hours are. Is tomorrow a working day?

    Logged into @Nationwide and saw message saying NFI Online and MTE will be unavailable from 2pm today, due to maintenance. Which would be great... if I knew what those things are. Can't imagine many do know. IT team with poor customer relations skills, perhaps? @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide thank you for the sterling and efficient service you provided today to make up for the dismal service I received from @NatWest_Help who after 28 years couldn't be bothered to keep my business. Natwest loss is your gain because I am going to move everything now.

    @AskNationwide I called customer service but they can't access by account due to a block put in December. But my card has been working fine since then. What crazy security is that? Now I can't unblock my card because cust svs can't access it. Time for a new credit card provider?

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jo. Been trying to ring but very very busy. One of my sons is now over 18. So would need him covered too as part of our party. Can this be added? if the travel provider doesn't issue a refund if say one of us unfortunately needs to cancel. Do we get a total party refund?

    @AskNationwide I'd prefer the secure messages function. Please provide that feedback. I've used live chat support before and found it frustrating - delays in response, no record of conversation. Longer process, worse support. Calling is not convenient. I am unable to contact you.

    @JohnnyVegasReal @AskNationwide is this something you can help me with? PayPal refusing refund as its been over 180 days since purchase. The seller is uncontactable to discuss. Where do I stand with this as I've paid for 'goods' we haven't received.

    @FlorenceHRS @HalifaxBank @AskNationwide did this to us. Huge window decal AT THE HEART OF "my town". GUARANTEED TO BE HERE FOR 2 YEARS. Closed 13 months later. I opened an account on this basis, which we now can't service in a branch. It was just a grift for new accounts, it worked but I now hate them.
