@AskNationwide I am not asking to discuss this case. I am asking to discuss the issue of @AskNationwide repeatedly fobbing off APP Fraud victims & not applying the CRM Code until a journalist or consumer campaigner intervenes. It does not go un-noticed & your CEO must act to stop it happening.

@AskNationwide Not yet, but the lady I spoke to at your Dudley branch has said she will see what she can do and call me back. Wasn’t expecting this kind of service during a pandemic especially a day like today!

@AskNationwide Hi Karen - if you read my Tweet you will see I am raising the issue reported of @AskNationwide yet again fobbing off a customer who is a victim of APP Fraud rather than applying the CRM Code you have signed up to. I see it time & time again. Would love to discuss with your CEO.

@AskNationwide Furthermore I have been a @AskNationwide customer since 1974 & having a local branch was a major plus when I moved here 27 years ago. I may now rethink whether I want to move my various accounts to a nearer bank with a local branch. Loyalty seems to count for nothing.....👎🏼

@AskNationwide is anyone else having problems with these dreadful people? I wouldn't advise anyone to bank/use credit services with them, they are the absolute pits @TheFCA I will be making a formal complaint about their services, please can you confirm I make it to yourselves?

@AskNationwide Still slow, using my OnePlus 3, running Lineage OS. I refuse to use Google, as is, on there. Everything else works good, just your app sucks.
