Who directed these @AskNationwide adverts and why do the actors move like they're standing on hot coals? Bloke by the shed thinks he's on a West End stage. Calm down, mate. It's a telly ad. Just stand still! #MAFSAUS

@AskNationwide good morning. My wife and I paid our mortgage off yesterday. When I looked this morning there was a balance of -£107.08 on it. Does this mean that I’ve overpaid this amount and if not why is there a balance if we paid it off yesterday. Any help would be appreciated

Dear @AskNationwide and @networkrail you two need to have a conversation about payslips for mortgage applications as the latter party makes it very confusing for the former party to understand. Please sort this out because it would really help me. Many thanks.

@AskNationwide hi there. Is there a known problem with the mobile banking app? It keeps freezing when it starts up. I have deleted and reloaded it several times and it keeps happening. No issues with any other apps. I’m using it on an iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1

@AskNationwide Nationwide, I want to reduce my impact on the environment. When will you give customers a chance to help the environment by bringing out climate change bank accounts? I want to support businesses that care about the environment. #wozx @EfforceOfficial
