    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide hi is there an issue with direct debits and standing orders. Some of my monthly payments are not showing as paid on my account.

    @AskNationwide But no it's not I'm a £110 down that your asking for that I don't have this is absolutely ridiculous. I have cheque messages on my account and I never deposited any cheque and that has now disappeared. I'm am physically sick to where I'm suppose to find a £110 from!!!!

    @AskNationwide I made a bank transfer this morning. It is showing on my acct, but not on the recipients acct. Is there a problem? Also a debit card txn from this morning is not showing in my pending txns. Is there a problem?

    @AskNationwide Your employer is not fit to hold a banking licence. The question customers need to be keep asking themselves is 'is Nationwide banking working today'? An absolute disgrace - and still no executives fired.
