    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide why can’t I send money why do you say you have a technical issue but your service says everything is fine why do you do this to me why do you have to be the most difficult thing known to human kind

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide my DD for my Nationwide Hom ins has not been collected on the 1/3/22. I’ve just been informed that the payment was rejected! I would not cancel my home ins policy without reason and the funds are there to collect. getting frustrated with NW issues, pls respond asap

    @AskNationwide Hi jo I received a call stating that last night someone attempted to use my card. Nationwide stopped it. They asked for my customer number. I then put the phone down 0800 302011
