    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide Tried a different laptop, but as assumed this has not worked, it's a "system error" message withing your application window, not sure why the suggested method would make any difference to that.

    @AskNationwide @JBrokenshire disappointed my local Nationwide in Sidcup is closing down due to lack of use - I’ve turned up plenty of times over the past year to find you’ve shut early! Customers can’t use the service if the doors are locked. Nearest branch now a bus ride away.

    @AskNationwide That link goes to "Call Us" support page. I've tried that, but you'd know that because you read my tweet, didn't you? No, of course not. I've logged into your circa 1998 web app and there is nowhere to use your "chat service". 30 minutes wasted so far. Who do I bill?

    On hold to @AskNationwide for 45 mins on Wednesday get things sorted or so I think now I’m calling back get locked out of telephone banking and then cut off because you can’t take my call right now?! Really? #help
