@AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

@AskNationwide I think as one of the (previously) leading banks before the press got hold of your issues you should be looking to compensate your members some way, as luckily our money arrived today in our new bank but people are WITHOUT FOOD! bc of YOU!

@AskNationwide and now I have tried to speak to someone and you've locked my account! When is this gonna be over? Its ridiculous in this day and age. Your competitors find it quite simple so why do you struggle so much to satisfy your customer #givememymoney #unhappy #compensation
