@AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide the app froze while making a payment after I’d entered the code from my card reader and clicked confirm. Can I be certain that the payment didn’t go through if it’s not showing on my transactions or could it be pending? It’s for a service so don’t want to pay twice

@AskNationwide Tks for your quick response. I have to disagree that is quicker. Not for the user. And does not allow for clear & concise explanation of the problem. Do not understand how is quicker. Also not obv that a reply has been sent via bot.

Now I'm really shutting my @AskNationwide account, since they are arbitrarily preventing access to legitimate crypto businesses such as @binance. This is something they directly told me they wouldn't do when I asked them after it was exposed in the media weeks ago. See ya.

@AskNationwide If I have a query I do not want to use the Chatbot to get access to a human. I used to be able to compose a secure message but this seems to have disappeared. The replacement is most unsatsifactory.

@AskNationwide I can see the icon , but when i click on it the blue wheel spins round for a minute , saying "establishing secure connection" , then goes to the "request timed out" message . Oh AND the desktop internet banking is down too , won't let me access it on my laptop !!
