    @AskNationwide That's nice of you but I can tell that NW is a miss-mash of legacy systems glued together by the hopes and dreams of a senior management team trying to stay relevant. You comments will be logged, aggregated, counted and put in the "too expensive to fix" bucket. Have a good one.

    @AskNationwide Hes been with @Barclays and had it in no problems but wanted to change to @AskNationwide because my nan who's passed away used u. And now after a few weeks you've stolen his money and won't explain to him what's going on. A complete joke. I've never heard of a bank doing this.

    @AskNationwide I’ve spoken to someone. Only took me an hour. Might be worth checking why you’re phone lines are cutting off customers unless it’s about a new application though. Not great customer service.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have a mortgage with Nationwide, and also have online banking set up, however when I log into my online account I can't manage my mortgage or see anywhere, up until now I have been using the Nationwide website to arrange payment.
