@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

I’ve had to turn heating off and not have any lights on as I cannot top up and my daughter needs the emergency credit to charge her machines that basically keep her alive :(

@davieboy9050 @AskNationwide I’ve also heard that they’ve moved to Azure. If that’s the case, it’s outrageous, given Azure’s awful reputation. But surely no competent I.T. department would fail to continue running the old system side by side for a while after the changeover, to give time to iron out the bugs
