    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide Well my direct debit has bounced due to Nationwide, not me. It is going cause issues now. Nationwide should have done the right thing and held the direct debit processing until inbound payment resolution had been sorted. Clearly don't think helpfully for your customers.

    @jessyjensen @AskNationwide Fingers and toes crossed for you too. It just adds insult to injury its OUR money we are trying to access, it's not like a loan. 🙄 Let me know if you see any activity on your account, I might try and stop checking for 15mins, driving myself nuts here. X🙈

    @AskNationwide paid for flights with British airways, payment has been taken today to the equal amount, but another payment is pending. They’ve taken the total amount in 3 payments but have tried to take a 4th in my pending transactions? Any help regarding this?

    @JGodfrey25 @AskNationwide Dont even bother. Poor service, payments always going down now so if you like access to your money 24/7 then go elsewhere

    @AskNationwide @TheFCA 3rd (known) time in a matter of weeks that Nationwide has had issues with payments and have not provided a proper explanation or mitigation strategy to prevent it happening again… please investigate!
