Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Nationwide reduced my credit by more than 50% Their reason, second time they’ve done this, they sent a letter after the fact. They are worried about my ability to service my £0 debt. 😱 ******* Shite. Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
