    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide 3/3 I fail to see how raising s complaint helps resolve my situation. Last time I complained the reply contained multiple platitudes but zero explanation, so I gave up. Next time deal with the fallout much better, give estimated times for resolution or even better fix your IT...

    @Emma_UoDSportEd @AskNationwide @HalifaxBank I was suppose to go shopping with my mum tomorrow for baby stuff I’m 6 months pregnant with my girl and we had to cancel. I got loads of stuff to get still nationwide need to fix this. I feel ever so sorry for the people who had bills to pay today and food shop etc..it’s annoying

    @annieqpr @AskNationwide Hey Annie, I had this problem today and had no response! Luckily I checked my account and my wages had been paid in 8pm this evening, after my gaffer transferred it across at 10am this morning! Hope it’s sorted I’d advise checking your acct!

    @AskNationwide Bit late now mate. I get you must be busy but payment issues are a regular occurrence with Nationwide now, You should have something better in place to help customers if you're going to keep having the same issues.

    @AskNationwide 2/2 Without an ETA for resolution, I have to decide whether to drive 15 miles to borrow some money to pay bills and feed the meter, or to sit it out and wait for you to sort out your latest mess. Can you see my problem? Ctd

    I hate #Nationwide @AskNationwide U guys are useless. I’m changing my bank. Payments never can come out or go in using ur rubbish services. U better have my money in my account or I’m coming down to one of ur banks and I’m gonna wreak havoc on ur bank and employees 🖕🏾
