    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide Yes he went inside and someone took his name and details. He had put his card and pin into the machine when a man approached him and told him that the machine wasn’t working. He took his card out and went inside to speak to someone and I think she knew it was suspicious as she

    @AskNationwide Yes but they’ve already told us they can’t help finding out what device caused the fraudulent activity and very oddly suggested we went to Apple to get the phone “professionally cleaned” as quoted by a fraud manager. What does that even mean?

    @AskNationwide Thanks. We can do the online banking on my PC no problem, it's more so they can track their balance after getting their own place in a few months' time. They can't be expected to get a PC just for one website login!

    @AskNationwide We have, Mary from the team helped as much as possible and told us to leave feedback on the website which hopefully will help us answers…. Seems crazy we are not being referred properly considering a device has been wrongly blocked.

    Well done @AskNationwide for planned maintenance. No payments to and from accounts till 7am Sunday. That's a failure in customer service

    @AskNationwide The notification in online banking says you’re “working on your systems until 7am Sunday and payments will be held in a queue until work is completed” - are you seriously saying I can’t transfer money in/out of bank accounts effectively for 3 DAYS?! That is not ok!

    @AskNationwide I have seen a notice that you are working on your system planned maintainence until Sunday 0700 and that transactions are being held in a queue. Is this correct?

    @AskNationwide Thanks for setting up accounts for our Ukrainian refugees, so quickly! One problem... their phones have UK SIMs but still need to be in the Ukraine region (for other apps) and neither the Apple nor Android app stores allow the Nationwide Banking app to be installed
