I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@JGMacColl @VirginMoney @AskNationwide Nationwide were having trouble with their payments yesterday, you could try re adding the card as a payee, failing that log in on an actual computer and see if it's got the same issues. It may be an app issue.

@AskNationwide Clearly you have not rectified this issue- I sent a payment on 27th and it CERTAINLY hasn't processed at the other end by 28th. Generic messages do not cut it - this service should not be giving blanket advice when some transfers can't be accounted for- ergo money's 'missing'.

@AskNationwide how do i get money back for a direct debit i no longer have as i dont use the service it went to? And this company knew this? Quite a large amount they toom
