@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been extremely disappointed with the recent service or should I say no service I have received. I put in a credit card dispute on the 16th November and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since. The confirmation email stated I would hear back in 2-4 weeks.

@AskNationwide why is my Amazon payment not working? I have something like 2 hours before the delivery can't be delivered by the 28th and I have enough money and the card is not frozen. The details in Amazon are correct and it 'orders' before asking me to update my details.

@AskNationwide Customer services confirmed there is 20k in the account. The statement says there's 20k in the account but the app says unless I pay money in you will close it and there's no interest due to 0 balance

@AskNationwide I can already access online banking, but I need help with this particular account. When I opened it, a debit card was sent to the person, but as they have dementia, they’ve lost it and torn up the PIN letter. If I order a replacement, the same thing will happen.
