    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide seriously stop paying your bosses disgusting bonuses and start sorting out the banking. This is utterly shameful service. You're not even compensating people properly. Plus your pathetic attempt at getting new customers shows how little you care current ones.

    @Its_CCHogan @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Never known them to have an issue. Same with First Direct. Certainly not to this extent where it’s happened 4 times in 3 months with absolutley no resolution to be seen. RBS haven’t made headlines for failing to give people their money, at least not as often as NW

    @AskNationwide hi, when are you going to sort your systems out so we don't have this payment issue every 2 weeks? Bit ridiculous isn't it? Once is fair enough but 3 times in such a short period of time!

    (Yes I’m aware that my opinion of most banks is that they are slow and outdated but the pure fact that I can do EVERYTHING I want to on @monzo’s app and I can’t do some of the basics in the @AskNationwide app says a lot) I’m quite open about my opinion as you can tell.

    @Its_CCHogan @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Have had an RBS account for business for 5 years and a Nationwide account for same length of time for personal use. Have never once in my life had this issue with anyone but NW. but of course the king of banking here everything he says should be taken as gospel. Get lost dude.
