@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide appalling service, moved from one department to another, no help from anyone. Been going on for weeks, I am not mobile dont do online banking and finding it very stressful I am 91 years old and feeling fobbed off.

Hey @AskNationwide why is the number on your website to report a fraud and a lost card not working? My wife needs to report a card fraud but your number doesn't work
