    @AskNationwide After many years as a customer, think my time is coming to an end. Their latest payment rejected (for my security benefit) has cost me an airline seat upgrade. Not their fault of course but why only Nationwide block my payments 🤔.

    @AskNationwide these people have mugged me off made me wait a month for a complaint not got back to me then I phone up and get cut off half way through and asked for compo she wasted half hour of my time to say no we can’t give compo disgusting service and staff #badservice

    @AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!

    @AskNationwide My partner has now done this he is an HSBC customer and using the mobile app this wasn't a problem for him. Seems crazy Nationwide expect you to have card reader with you all the time.

    Please, Chris Rhodes at @askNationwide, we are desperately begging for help. We are about to lose everything because of lies & mistakes from Nationwide. No one in Mortgages knows how to help, so they just lie to us and say wait 56 days for the outcome of the investigation. HELP!
