    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide Oh my god, how do you people even manage to breathe? I CAN'T GO INTO BRANCH BECAUSE MY LOCAL BRANCH SAYS THEY CANT HELP OPEN A FLEX ONE ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT WHEN I CANT DO IT ONLINE OR IN BRANCH. AM I GETTING THROUGH!!!!!!!! UNREAL!!!!!!!!

    @AskNationwide They are on holiday (we don't know them). So Mum asked Nationwide our insurance company to help. RSA said she has to get a quote to repair shed, even though it has half a tree still on top. But it will be the neighbours liability.

    @AskNationwide I don't think that in a potentially dangerous situation not offering any meaningful advice is satisfactory. With all your contractorss and legal experts, you could at least help that way. You are leaving someone stranded, and so are your underwriters.Tree owners may gone weeks!

    @AskNationwide I can't believe you don't understand the point I'm making. So if I can't complete the application either IN BRANCH OR ONLINE how do I get the account for my son? Ask the tooth fairy? Honestly, the Nationwide customer service is beyond a joke.

    Atrocious service from Nationwide Building Society. Lack of transparency and looking to avoid telling there customers the truth. Do not bank with them and avoid them at all cost. I will be transferring myself to another current account asap!!@AskNationwide
