Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

How long will services take to be restored. Your engineers been working on it now for hours surely they know the issue

We get our pension paid in to our account and was expecting a payment before christmas so I hope things will not mess up and we will be back to normal.
