    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @vandachico @AskVirginMoney @AskNationwide At the moment I can still service my current account, it's just this daft idea that everyone is able to and wants to use an app for everything. Do Nationwide do a credit card? I might have to try them. I was with YB for 34 years and they were brilliant.

    @AskNationwide Why on earth does it take 6-8 weeks for a decision on either section 75 or the chargeback scheme? Your website is still using COVID as an excuse! Not good enough

    @AskNationwide Yes, it doesn't work. It's an issue on your side, was told it would get fixed in 2 days... Last week I contacted them, I spent 1hr 45 mins on the phone - way too long don't you think ? But thats not the only problem - the site says open till 8pm when its clearly not. Very poor.

    @AskNationwide I keep having problems with my contactless card it’s not letting me use it on any buses, my apple pay which is connected to this card does not work either. I’ve contacted nationwide numerous times for this issue and have gone through 5+ cards and nothing changes

    @AskNationwide Your online chat refuse to talk to me because its about a mortgage. Answer your bloody phones would be a big help seeing as it says your mortgage department shut in 20 minutes
