Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I had to pay £25k to @Avon_Estates a year ago because @AskNationwide would not lend to my buyer because GR doubled every 20 years. GR was capped £300pa in perpetuity for 115 years. initial gr was £400pa. The system is rigged.

BE CAREFUL NATIONWIDE WILL RANDOMLY SEND YOU A NEW CARD AS 'ADDED SECURITY' BUT WILL ALSO CANCEL YOUR OTHER CARD THAT HAS NO ISSUES BEFORE THE NEW CARD ARRIVES TO YOU, LEAVING YOU FOR DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.

It has happened a few times and left me stranded.
