I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

There are no updates, just a static message that should be pinned to your Twitter account and be posted on your website homepage. That would save a lot of cutting and pasting into tweets. @admiralross2400 @AskNationwide @saraheds123 Couldn't agree more. I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all they have done is send a generic reply. Its shameful and disgusting in how they are handling that with no offer of support.
