Frank Torr #NHSLove #FreePalestine (@FrankTorr2) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England
@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour A far better man than you left a blueprint for the only sensible way forward which you ignored before launching the only policy that you haven’t yet abandoned - your infantile attempts to isolate him and avoid all his great ideas. It ain’t working Keef, he’s as popular as ever!

Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England
@AskNationwide why can’t I send money why do you say you have a technical issue but your service says everything is fine why do you do this to me why do you have to be the most difficult thing known to human kind
-
Keith Hodgkin (@KeithHodgkin) reported from Manchester, England
I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England
@AskNationwide I’ve tried this and it’s still not working I have no idea why
-
Matt (@ItsMatt_Again) reported from Manchester, England
I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

joanne rendell (@Jo9296) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England
@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

Grant Brown (@OnlyGrantBrown) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
@AskNationwide if the problem is sorted then where is everyone's money???

@AskNationwide @ShakeyDay How come you're minimising the problem by saying this evening? I'm so confused with who's running your customer service department and super disappointed that I'm banking with you. The link you're sending out also doesn't reflect what you're saying.
-
Numb Euphoria (@EuphoriaNumb) reported
@AskNationwide @ShakeyDay Update: the website has changed. I think we're all going to be okay by tomorrow.
-
Sonia B 💙 (@soniabsuffolk) reported
@AskNationwide Why are you responses contradicting what your website is saying? Currently NO payments accepted into Nationwide Accs (includes salaries/wages, pensions, BACS). Also saying it will not be sorted until 4th January when staff return from holiday 😡

@AskNationwide Okay your apology is great and all but not having access to my money for almost the whole day meaning I couldn’t purchase essentials for my 1 year old is more than a slight inconvenience

-
Gavinder Rana (@Gav_Rana) reported
@Nick_fernley @mistry_bhaven @AskNationwide I’m sure that a reputable and sizeable building society such as Nationwide should have the sufficient amount of resources to immediately fix a serious problem such as this which impacts a lot of people, especially so close to Christmas. FYI the issue is still unresolved.

Tom (@L0rd_Tom) reported
@AskNationwide hello I sent a payment to a different account earlier and it has yet to receive. The money is showing as having left my account though. Please can you help confirm where this money is as it’s causing me some concern?
-
Victoria Butler (@ToriB1988) reported
@AskNationwide with the payments issue, I am due to be paid tomorrow with some money due to go out via direct debits. If the issue has not been resolved, I will end up in my overdraft. Please can you confirm that I will not be charged for going into my overdraft?
