@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour A far better man than you left a blueprint for the only sensible way forward which you ignored before launching the only policy that you haven’t yet abandoned - your infantile attempts to isolate him and avoid all his great ideas. It ain’t working Keef, he’s as popular as ever!

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@AskNationwide I don't really have time at the weekend with the limited hours you are open and don't understand why you are specifically asking for homeowner / Tennant related documents to set up a bank account. I've been with loads of banks and never had an issue not being a home owner/tennant

@pkrpmusic @AskNationwide Today’s banking nonsense: real HARD COIN money is degraded into a not accepted substantion. Banks only want digital money, so together with the governments in near future they can block you spending your OWN money when you don’t fit into a correct WEF profile.

Dear @AskNationwide I know things are difficult in the world right now, and I know you're just a building society but... For the love of god, stop it with the **** adverts. Spoken poetry is the refuge for the mentally devoid. It’s made by dull people for dull people.

@AskNationwide Tried 3 times to transfer some money from one of my accounts to another and once again there seems to be a technical problem, not very good as it's an on line account.

@AskNationwide Nationwide was the first lender to decide that ground rent over £250 a year is onerous. Other lenders have followed suit. The government may eventually help existing leaseholders but we desperately need to sell & have buyers who want to buy but no one will lend. Help appreciated.
