I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide Yeah normally I would think it’s inconvenient but it will be sorted, today I have 45 mins maximum to leave for a wedding and avoid traffic etc if not I don’t make it. I feel so sick and just signed up to Lloyds, won’t help this month but this has to be the end for me

@AskNationwide My Nationwide current account card has been declined today as my payment on Apple. I have used the card out today with no problems. I removed it and re-added it but still says “payment method declined”. Can you help at all please?
