@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@AskNationwide This 'housekeeping' practice needs to stop. Twice in the past few months it has caused me problems in delayed payment when a bona fide payee has just disappeared from my account. This is *MY* data and you do not have my permission to delete it as and when you feel fit. Disgusting

@AskNationwide No error. I’ve made 3 payments from my Nationwide account to a Santander account and none have shown up yet. Usually these are instant with no delays?

@AskNationwide Is it possible to upload a screenshot of what I took to include in my complaint?? Because I really wanna show the incompetence of the agent, who of which handled the situation totally awful. If I can't upload them on the complaint page, perhaps on here so everyone can see??
