But the experience was totally horrendous. And that was buying it from their Experience Centre in Edinburgh. Go figure. Thanks @AskNationwide for help 👍

Kelly (@kellyyb98) reported@AskNationwide your website and app is so stressful I've changed my address manually a month ago and today tried to shut down my ISA and the website crashed so I have no idea if my account is actually getting closed or if any paperwork will be sent to my correct address 😶
