    @AskNationwide hi, yet again I find myself logging into my online banking to see a payment both on my confirmed payments *and* my pending payments. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 2 months. What is going on...?! Please fix this.

    @AskNationwide hi there, I am trying to make an online payment and your mobile app is saying due to a technical error you are not able to verify the other parties details are correct as give. Do you know when this will be fixed? TIA

    @AskNationwide Thank you. Logging a complaint is a good idea. I have tried using secure messaging and got palmed off to collections without non-collections problems solved. I will continue to hunt email addresses.

    @AskNationwide And yes I have access to those things but I was told I could only do this over the phone. Then on the phone I was told I could only do it in branch
