    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide Yes, not much use when you need urgent help and have already waited 4 weeks for a response that should only take 7 working days. Waited 3 times that and still nothing. Hearing from complaints team in 5 days / a letter in the post isn’t going to help me really.

    @AskNationwide Yes the live chat helpfully directs me to call the number I’ve been calling for the past 3 days where I’m told there is nothing that can be done to help… really @Nationwide you can’t do anything to help after all the errors you’ve made on my application?

    @AskNationwide Have done more than once. 2 months ago your technical team were going to sort it out, its a m own problem that is still going on. That is unacceptable for this length of time and is preventing me from accessing some of my money.

    @AskNationwide I have been trying to sign into my online banking with my card reader the the last 3 hours but it’s saying your services are unavailable. Tried the website as well and it doesn’t work
