@AskNationwide My Flexplus debit card was cancelled as it was used fraudulently. I have since been issued a refund by a retailer against my old debit card number and the retailer has confirmed it’s gone through but the refund has never appeared in my account- please help

@AskNationwide I wanted to say you have sent me a letter with my new payment for tracker mortgage, but it's gone down, that can't be right
