@AskNationwide paying @AmexUK with pay by bank transfer and your process is completely broken. Select PBBT, get authenticated in the app. Takes me to your web page to dig out customer number and log in. Then use card reader to authenticate, which amex then times out. Useless!

@AskNationwide And when fraud happens.. you make your members lives hell.. because you do not have qualified people to investigate the issues. Your procedures do nothing to protect the victims..
