@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@davyg1234 @AskNationwide I've just registered a complaint on their website and demanded compensation. If they do not do so, I will go to the Financial Ombudsman and FCA, both of whom have some input in this type of situation.

@AskNationwide so I haven't got my wages due to payment issues, which means I'm unable to pay all of my bills. I don't want any penalties because of a problem outside my control 😔
