@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

Financial establishments to avoid: @LloydsBank @AskNationwide Extremely unhelpful & not customer focused. Terrible experience with both. Go to the @HalifaxBank instead - very helpful & friendly staff.

@AskNationwide Hey, I can't make any payments on the app or online without the card reader (which is broken), nor can I do it via telephone service and I'm being told that there is a 15 minute wait to speak to someone. This is really frustrating.

@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.
