-
Bubbles (@randombbubbles) reported from Liverpool, England@AskNationwide My internet is working fine for everything else and I restarted my phone & it still won't work
-
John Pennington💙 (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England@AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations
-
Dawne Cooper 💙 (@DawneDc) reported from Birkenhead, England@AskNationwide I’ve only got 10 days before my card expires and I haven’t received a new card yet. Can you help please?
-
John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.
-
Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.
-
Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m going to raise a complaint. How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
-
Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
-
The World (@theworld1806) reported@AskNationwide Any plans to update the Oldham branch? Currently it resembles a run down stock cupboard from an office in the 90s
-
Hamilton (@Hamilton7543842) reported@TomHCalver I think prices are too high. Perhaps if they came down say 75%? All would be well again @AskNationwide
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
-
Bec (@becclar15) reported@AskNationwide hi Nationwide, new customer, how do I apply for a cash isa? It’s a mystery, website doesn’t specify if members or non members. Can’t call. How do I speak with someone please?
-
Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
-
karen mckenzie (@kazbabs75) reported@AskNationwide phoned customer service 3 times this afternoon spoke with 3 different advisors and got 3 different answers to the same problem. How do I know what the correct answer is (if any!)
