@AskNationwide I’ve only got 10 days before my card expires and I haven’t received a new card yet. Can you help please?

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide Why are you responses contradicting what your website is saying? Currently NO payments accepted into Nationwide Accs (includes salaries/wages, pensions, BACS). Also saying it will not be sorted until 4th January when staff return from holiday 😡

@AskNationwide It’s really poor that no updates were given throughout the whole day and that I’ve had to go to Twitter to get a vague message. Very poor customer service. 3 clients tried paying me today. Totally ruined my only day off to shop

@AskNationwide Is it true that this absolute mess has been caused by an error while switching systems to a Microsoft Cloud based service? If so, you know what's wrong and will have at least some idea how long it will take to fix. That information is not yours to keep to yourself, get talking.

@AskNationwide with the payments issue, I am due to be paid tomorrow with some money due to go out via direct debits. If the issue has not been resolved, I will end up in my overdraft. Please can you confirm that I will not be charged for going into my overdraft?
