    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Yea it’s up to date I’ve also tried deleting the app but I still get the error message every time.

    @AskNationwide your iOS app has an issue, when using the app switching on my device then returning to the banking app I get only a picture of “blurry trees” - I have to restart to get back into my accounts. Tried reinstalling, no dice

    @AskNationwide Hi India - I was apparently transferred to complaints and the girl in question couldn’t give me any further information other than to wait - whilst she was helpful and tried everything she could there was literally nothing in her control to help.

    @AskNationwide No thank you. I am not going to waste more time on the phone. I’ll wait to hear from your CEO, @Debbiecrosbie1. Once this is resolved, I’ll help my mother to move the account elsewhere, which is, after all, what @AskNationwide want. You don’t want elderly customers with passbooks

    @lillun6 @AskNationwide Maybe I would have gave that individual the benefit of the doubt had they not of blatantly sighed down the phone at me when I asked them a question. I’ve been in telesales and call Center environments myself, so I know how challenging it can be. So I am never rude at the advisor

    @AskNationwide Oh okay, thanks, it declined and I saw the message so assumed the 2 were related, there was more than enough in there, perhaps it was a connection error and would have worked if i tried again, I've been able to use it since. It has happened a few times and left me stranded.

    @AskNationwide Live chat isn’t going to help, needs a developer to investigate - the recent APP updates have made the User Experience awful
