  • PennyArcade777 John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

  • PennyArcade777 John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

  • katemae324 Kate Mae (@katemae324) reported from Liverpool, England

@AskNationwide When will my payments been received into my account? This has been going on all day now an these customer service responses aren’t clarifying anything just blatantly copied an pasted ? What is your complaints email address to? Absolute joke

  • diygolf John Pennington💙 (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

  • randombbubbles Bubbles (@randombbubbles) reported from Liverpool, England

  • ScrutiniserNo9 TheCentralScrutinizer (@ScrutiniserNo9) reported

@AskNationwide Ok on hold with them now. Hope they can help as expected 15 minutes plus wait time. On top of the morning I’ve wasted.

  • Donxdons Don Don (@Donxdons) reported

@AskNationwide Really Nationwide? Called this morning to be placed on hold for 15 minutes, then another staff member taking a rude tone when you yourselves have made a series of errors. Looks like I will miss completion date due to your processes. You sat on documents since 9/11

  • Tuffers56 DT (@Tuffers56) reported

@AskNationwide No one at Nationwide can do anything it seems. Apparently not even customer service staff are allowed to contact the post valuation query team.

  • NikkiPilkington Nikki Pilkington (@NikkiPilkington) reported

Hey @AskNationwide your online banking system says I have to have a card reader to set up a new payment. Delivery says 3-5 working days. Today is 5, no sign of it. What do I do now?

  • Tuffers56 DT (@Tuffers56) reported

@AskNationwide You have pulled my daughters mortgage offer due to a drainage issue the valuation surveyor says needs investigation. Issue is understood & money set aside to remedy it. Land alone is worth twice the loan… so secure. Yet you choose to ruin every move in the chain.

  • bobbymiller129 C (@bobbymiller129) reported

@AskNationwide fixed mortgage deal ends March, have put a new deal in place via mortgage broker. Is there anyway of seeing if I could swap to a cheaper alternative between now and then? Just incase rates go down etc

  • Donxdons Don Don (@Donxdons) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve logged a complaint, didn’t receive a text though. The service and procedures are awful, totally incompetent. On one call I was transferred and a child answered! Obviously working from home but should family members have access to work equipmen?

  • choccypops Lauren Jones (@choccypops) reported

@AskNationwide my authorised overdraft doesn’t seem to be working . Please advise, thanks

  • NikkiPilkington Nikki Pilkington (@NikkiPilkington) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks India, I could also make the payment in my local branch. The whole point of wanting to do it online is I don't want to go to my nearest branch. Thanks for your help though, fingers crossed it arrives in 2nd post.
