    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide hi is there a problem with your banking app. I am being told when I try to log in get a message saying we are sorry to safeguard your accounts we need to reconfirm your security details. Please re-enroll on the banking app or call us on 03452 660894 for more info.

    Yet again same accessibility discriminatory problems in communicating with #disabled people. Despite being reassured by CEO that I can communicate by email, @AskNationwide not responding to emails, very frustrating.

    @AskNationwide No problem I went into a branch as I wanted to change the direct debit date of a loan from it being in the middle of the month to the start. I looked on nationwide website and it says call into branch which I did but I was then told it can only be done by phone
