    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    Excellent service from High Barnet branch @AskNationwide this morning. They had every piece of account admin paper I had signed since 1999. Only problem was Head Office not answering the phone to the branch for 20 minutes!

    @Jonesy_Bones @AskNationwide I'm sick of it!! Just had the same issue. I don't carry that stupid piece of plastic everywhere I go and why should I have to 🤬. Couldn't make a small payment so I had to cancel it!

    @AskNationwide Could someone explain what the issue is with trying to access a saved application? Started this morning, saved it but now unable to return to it to complete it. App / web both say 'there is an error' but no outages listed anywhere. Feeling a little cynical right now.

    @AskNationwide We're here to help🧐🙄, yeah right iam standing in the Birmingham nationwide Birmingham society ZOO, 20Mins standing here waiting, completely poor service, the lady made eye contact, and has gone round the back I've not seen her since... Poor service poor poor poor, BOOO BOOO

    @AskNationwide Was personal loans. Eventually got through. Was told “nothing we can do” in regards to nationwide offering me a loan with 15%apr when I have a mortgage with you and bank for over 20 years. tescos will offer me 5%apr. Lost yourself a customer
