    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    Went to londin other week and was using contactless on @TfL with Apple Pay @AskNationwide it stopped working and could only use my card and cant use Apple Pay on first York only the card

    @AskNationwide @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide this is your standard response. I have had regular ongoing messages same as above, or 'technical issue, please restart'. You deny any issues yet it is no coincidence that you have an app problem but are in denial. Your IT people are sleeping on the job.
