    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.

    @AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

    @VirginMoney Clydesdale Bank application from 23rd April. Latest expected offer timescale: 2nd week of JUNE !!!! Dire, dreadful, apalling service. Someone has badly dropped a ball here. @AskNationwide - are you feeling rueful yet.
