    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    Now my dads having a hissy fit because of @AskNationwide card reader not working, and it keeps saying we have to verify online to add a card for 0 balance payment! How did I predict this... a proper hissy fit. Shouting, screaming, demanding the works...

    I am fed up with your restricted opening hours! Not open on a weekend. Closed Monday & I just scheduled time to go today at 9am today but it’s closed until 10!! No consideration for full time working customers. I especially don’t understand Saturday closure!! @AskNationwide
