@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide is there an issue with standing orders? I had a payment scheduled for the 1st of the month (as always) and yesterday it was showing as scheduled for today with the BH, but it didn’t go and now it says next scheduled for 1st June. What’s going on??

@AskNationwide @RoyalLondon ...wealthiest of your clientele can access then higher marginal rates and, in @RoyalLondon's case, the higher discounts. Essentially making the poorer savers at then bottom of the pyramid subsidise the richest.

@AskNationwide The security alarm at your #Knutsford King Street branch has been blaring for hours now. It’s becoming really rather unbearable.Spoken to the police (101) who appear rather uninterested regarding the noise. Any chance you can get the key holder to come and fix it!?

@AskNationwide apparently there is a problem with direct debits going out have you told @HalifaxBank that's why my mortgage is late
