The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Richard Hodge (@Richard37445850) reported@AskNationwide my mum cannot open her App, the icon is there but when she clicks it on iOS the app starts but doesn’t then continue to the Face ID and hence she can’t open it and access her accounts. She is 80 and doesn’t understand.

I’ve lost at least £200.00 in the past 2 years because no one responds or helps
