    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide why is it that when the mortgage team have confirmed they have everything to complete our mortgage and advised we would get our offer a over week ago we still don’t have it? It might only be paperwork to you but to us it’s our home🥺 Very poor customer service 😩

    @AskNationwide I don't want comments on this platform. You make efforts to contact the original poster and welcome their complaints. Your organisation and the poorly trained team who delivered such shocking service will learn something and hopefully rectify the situation.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payments, just tried to transfer money from another account to my nationwide account and it was declined by the receiving bank which was nationwide. I also tried to send money to another account and that’s not been received yet.

    @AskNationwide No it’s not. If you look at the screenshot I sent, Chris said the money is being returned to the sender. I was supposed to receive this money but the problem now is that the sender has still not received this money to make the payment again. Still no response from Chris

    @AskNationwide have you got know issues with transferring money to nationwide accounts ? I’ve sent some money but been 15 mins not come through usually instant
