    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide 40 mins on the phone, card only working intermittently, 'unknown error code'. Got cut off. Tried chat, have to phone. Again. ?? Can't send you a message via the app... Don't have the will to phone again or complain.. what do you suggest?

    @AskNationwide Thank you. I have this on my new debit card. The problem with the select credit card is the colour of the card. (grey on silver)

    @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide Me too and it still not gone in this morning. So I no it is not just me with the issue. So it from eBay side not the banks issue

    @troutfortea @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide I have not received payouts for October 2021 through December 2021 due to a similar "bug" and it has yet to be resolved. They were able to bill my bank during this time while blaming my bank for the problem.

    @AskNationwide Yea and I’ve been on hold for over 16 minutes, 10 minutes before I was on hold to another number… it’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to turn to Twitter for help because calls aren’t answered

    @AskNationwide I have a Debit Card that's damaged & although useable the web site wants me to cancel the card before I can order a new one, however that leaves me without a card till the new one arrives so can't you just send me a replacement then I'll destroy the damaged card..?

    @AskNationwide Your ISA application process requires an identification document and leads, eventually, after several pages of form filling, to a camera button at the "upload a photograph of your passport" stage, but then the process breaks because the app seems unable to access the camera.
