@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide She needs some help, she was working in a care home, a resident pulled her over in July and broke her humerus she was about to retire early so is living off esa and no income. I would love to help her but lost my Job November and can just about keep my car on the road.

@AskPayPal @AskNationwide i received a refund to my PayPal account for some concert tickets bought well over a year ago and it’s gone to my cancelled card, and the money isn’t in my balance or on my card which has the same account no & sort code, can someone help please?

@AskNationwide An iPhone 11. No error message but same as before, when I try to open the app I get a blank screen. So I offload and re download and go through the whole process of re-entering my customer details and one time code. Done it 3x already this week!

@AskNationwide Hello, I have been a happy customer of yours for decades. May I suggest a review of the app on Android platform. There is a problem when changing the transaction time frame.
