The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.

Donnachadh McCarthy (@DonnachadhMc) reportedBugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.
