@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@Dymvue It’s heartbreaking. My mum has been trying to sort out my grandad’s money after he passed away in august. She doesn’t like doing things online as she’s worried she will make a mistake and yet the nearest branch of @AskNationwide that hasn’t been shut down is over 30 mins away!

@AskNationwide are there any plans to allow you to bank in money and cheques at the Post office? You are the only bank that doesn’t offer that service and it is leaving me thinking about switching.
