The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

If I lose my property purchase because of this, I will be seeking legal advice. You admitted the error in a telephone call, but won’t send me a letter in the interim.

But the issues with the login are definitely a concern for me as it should send me an SMS normally. Perhaps Nationwide could look into that please But thanks for your help.

It left his account but didn't reach mine. He rang Nationwide & they said they would take a week to look in to it. My bank say it's you.
