@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide I can't only do any of these things if I haven't got cash in my account, which I haven't because of YOUR problem.

@AskNationwide Not a happy customer at all, I'm awaiting a money transfer, that won't go in, when is this issue going to be rectified? I also have my wages going in tomorrow, are you going to cover all my direct debits if my wages don't get paid in? Already looking at moving my bank account.

@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Hope you get the money transferred soon. They should have definitely stayed with their old platform. Microsoft Azure has a TERRIBLE reputation. Whoever suggested the move needs to be sacked, along with whoever sanctioned it.
