    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide Just tried to make a claim on my contents insurance for a broken laptop and because I haven't got accidental cover, I can't claim. All damages occur accidentally, so what's the point of having it, another small print rip off. Changing immediately.

    @AskNationwide hi, my friend tried to make a payment to a charity acct that i administer + got a warning about 'no refund' if he went thru with it .is this just a standard precautionary check? as it is, he made the payment last year (annual subs) with no problem. can u advise?

    @GavOnCloud @Sainsburys_Bank Having the same problem with @AskNationwide. requested mortgage redemption statement over 2 weeks ago...can't release due to an 'admin' error, but 'will sort by the close of play' for over a week now. Unacceptable customer service
