@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide Absolutely ridiculous, it takes hours to get through to anyone and when you only get a 30 minute break it’s very hard to speak to someone. Shocking customer service. Absolutely shocking.

@AskNationwide I've had this phone a long time and have never had problems so nothing to do with software seems theres a problem and like normal you get the updates about 3-4 hours after the problems but thanks anyway

@AskNationwide @Argyle Because you don’t consider allowing men to compete in women’s sports as disrespectful . Who cares what the advertising and PR team from a bloody building society thinks will help sales? Everyone can see through your marketing ploy.
