Darren Payne (@Dazp79) reported from Mickleton, England@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Joy Hadden (@joyhadden13) reported@AskNationwide no it's not ok that I have no access to my funds until Sunday midday! My money went into my savings account and I need to transfer it to my current account to withdraw cash. I literally have 0 in my current account!

Kim Willsher (@kimwillsher1) reported@jamesewand @AskNationwide We used to receive bizarre landline calls about “Windows” PC issues wanting to take command of our computers (we have nothing on Windows) now it’s about the “formation” benefits. The UK scammers do seem more sophisticated. And once you’re hooked they don’t let go.
-
Kim Willsher (@kimwillsher1) reported@_GarethWilliams @AskNationwide Please do. If the Nationwide hadn’t immediately spotted this was “unusual activity” on his account and immediately closed everything down he would have lost a lot more than his confidence.

DorsetGirl (@DorsetGirl1) reported@AskNationwide I got an email last week saying a regular payment had failed. I checked the pay't method on the Co's website & it was a card I knew nothing about. I have just received that card 9 DAYS LATER. Why they were given details of my new card so early & without my consent?

PB (@barnesy007) reported@AskNationwide @Terryblyth1 What a ridiculous way to let clients know. It would only have been seen if your customer logged onto the app. If they didn’t, they would have no idea. Someone needs reprimanding over this half arsed policy
