The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

Talk about going round in circles 🤬. Meanwhile an insurance company has taken £100s from my account
