    @AskNationwide could you explain why after yesterdays banking issues my account is not showing invoices paid or money out when I have proof of this being paid from my regular customer , I don’t enjoy having to chase invoices to find out it’s your mess again that’s the issue ,

    @AskNationwide Your advisor appear to look at the same infomation I have in my bank app thry are unable to advise as the issue is being investigated by escalation. Apparently they are unable to do anything but write a note against my account as an update -

    @AskNationwide how much longer will your services be down for please as I'm expecting money to go into my account and also money going from my account to my aunties to help her out🤷🏽all payments are in a qué but a time scale would be nice as it's been in a qué for last 4 hours !!

    @almor5276 @AskNationwide Honestly I'm waiting like everyone else for a payment to go in and payments to go out to help my elderly aunty out. The past few months it's always been issues, whether throughout the night or during the day, systems down for maintenance etc.. I've had enough now, time to move on

    @AskNationwide Why don't you just tell us not to accept cheques, I received a cheque and all of a sudden my account is frozen. How do you expect me to survive. Its been a week now and no one gives me an update. As soon as this issue is resolved am moving to more organised bank
