    Hello @AskNationwide - I notified you of my fathers death over two weeks ago. I provided the death certificate at the start of last week. So why on Feb 23rd did you issue him a new bank card? It arrived this morning and has caused a lot of upset 😔

    @GMB @AskNationwide I worked throughout menopause- it natural - not an illness. Colleagues made me paper fans, we laughed at my muddled brain & I took spare top & deodorant in case I got too hot. A uniform wld b no help, why sld colleagues freeze 4 u & why sld u get paid 4 no work?

    Cont ..card reader thing. Their “customer services” even said, quote “can you not get your mum or someone to pay cash and give them the cash back”. I’m 57, my mum is 85. I’m sure she’d be chuffed @AskNationwide . And how in hells name is cash more secure than an online payment?

    @AskNationwide why does someone who gets a backdated payment from #DWP paid in to their #nationwide account have their account closed down/frozen on suspicious of fraud? Access to money in account, no food, no money bills and a child to feed #disgusting

    @jordanap__ @AskNationwide I'm still waiting for a £10k faster payment transfer from my nw ac to my own ybs ac sent Monday am. Had to go to branch to start credit payment recovery, total nightmare and poor service from the phones. Big complaint coming. If nw paid decent rates then would not need to move.

    @AskNationwide I've been trying for the past few days to access my current account through the mobile app to no avail. Uninstalled, and reinstalled; cleared cache; restarted my phone. No success so far with any of the listed fixes so not sure what to do.
