Just spoken to Financial Ombudsman’s office about @AskNationwide and #themortageworks and the disgraceful service they offer. Was given an email address to use which they say should get action. We’ll see. All would be unnecessary if they both offered a service worthy of the name.

@LloydsBank To be fair to Lloyds, this is the first time I’ve known this to happen since being with them. If you want something to moan about bank with @AskNationwide as their banking is down most days. Best thing I ever did was change to Lloyds

Just been told by @AskNationwide to contact #themortgageworks. I cannot believe the stupidity of people. What does he we’ve been doing?! Having sat on hold for 10s of hours I don’t have any more time to waste. Why doesn’t he try calling them? Customer service levels are APPALLING

@AskNationwide I'm having issues with my flexplus debit card paying for goods and services in the US. Tried ringing but it's taking ages to get through. Had this issue last time, can you please resolve.
