    @Tuffers56 @AskNationwide Pretty sure they did they same to me. Roof issues tho. Renegotiated the price and restarted the process. 2 months later and I'm still waiting to hear something. Called and emailed everyday for a month.

    @AskNationwide fixed mortgage deal ends March, have put a new deal in place via mortgage broker. Is there anyway of seeing if I could swap to a cheaper alternative between now and then? Just incase rates go down etc

    @AskNationwide absolutely shocking service from your mortgage teams. Had initial mortgage appointment on 16/8/22. In total limbo. Phoned and emailed nearly everyday for a month.

    @AskNationwide No one at Nationwide can do anything it seems. Apparently not even customer service staff are allowed to contact the post valuation query team.

    @AskNationwide You have pulled my daughters mortgage offer due to a drainage issue the valuation surveyor says needs investigation. Issue is understood & money set aside to remedy it. Land alone is worth twice the loan… so secure. Yet you choose to ruin every move in the chain.
