@AskNationwide hi, I have the 1 year triple access online saver @ 0.45% with 6 months to run. I see you have just realised a 0.70% one. Will my existing interest rate be increased or will I need to close my existing & open a new one? Thanks

@AskNationwide Please answer my question as your’e just squirting around my question, if I can’t transfer my money because of a technical problem HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY MONEY TO ANOTHER ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS, as it’s an on line only account.

  • DavidBuckell David Buckell (@DavidBuckell) reported

@AskNationwide ok no problem. as I am closing at the midway point will my interest effectively be 0.22% (pro rata) or will it still be 0.45% even though I am opting to close early. i will try again tomorrow, thanks!

@AskNationwide is your website down? I’m logged in and trying to schedule a future payment but I can’t continue past the ‘how much would you like to pay’ page.

  • 2SmoothBooth David Booth (@2SmoothBooth) reported

@AskNationwide With reference to your new triple access online saver paying 0.7%. I opened this account 5 months ago at a rate of 0.45%. Will I be receiving this increased interest rate or have you found a way to avoid paying the increase to members that already have the account?

  • CraigsWorld Craig Martin (@CraigsWorld) reported

@AskNationwide Using Safari everything works until I am on the final ‘amount confirm’ button to click to make the payment. When I click that- the website freezes and does nothing. Eventually going to an error. Tried it 5x and no luck. Used Firefox instead and it worked. 😡
