Right I have contacted @AskNationwide a couple of times as my credit card statement don’t look right and I have spoken to someone and neither do they. Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

@AskNationwide no help whatsoever checking on a suspected fraud call my incapacitated mum who suffers dementia received today. No one will help check her money is safe because she doesn't have enough capacity to make the call to you herself to report it. No help at all.

@AskNationwide Hi, trying to switch my bank account to a FlexDirect but keep getting an error message when I get to the Overdraft portion and it runs a soft check. Any idea why this may be?

@AskNationwide Hi Lauren. It's a mortgage account, no card reader however. All I am asked for is cust no, DOB, passnumber (received already by post) and code via sms. All input correctly, but everytime is met with a message stating there has been a technical error.

@AskNationwide is there any current issues with mobile banking as says can’t change details at the moment and tried logging into my mobile banking using card reader it said my pin was incorrect which it was not and now it’s pin lock my card when was not even my fault

@AskNationwide All she wants to know is that her money is safe. I don't want you to talk to me only her! She cannot come in to branch as in a care home totally bed bound. You need to rethink how to help dementia sufferers and those supporting them. I can only advise mum to shut her account
