@AskNationwide I can't seem to transfer money out of my current account into an account with another bank using the app. It keeps saying "there has been a problem". I definitely have enough cash. Your service status says there are no issues, but I think it might be fibbing to me.

@AskNationwide @leanneram88 My daughter is having the same issue trying to send me money on the app. It's just really laggy and works up until the final 'Make payment button' when it says 'There was a problem with the transaction'. She's going to give it a while and then try again.

@AskNationwide The issue is one which Nationwide is well aware of, many credit card customers unable to access their account using online banking. Your IT Team have been aware of this and are supposedly fixing for the past 5 weeks. Any update on this? When will this be resolved? Thanks!
