Huge lesson NEVER rely on breakdown cover with a bank. Broke down in France @AskNationwide said we’d be recovered home. The French recovery service took us to the closest garage + abandoned us! They won't look at the car until Monday. Our antigen expire tomorrow so we’re stuck!

@AskNationwide Is a customer's telephone banking passnumber the same as their digital passnumber? I just to speak to someone on phone about my pin being locked but the automated system says my details don't match. I don't use phone banking so how can I get thru & talk 2 someone!

@AskNationwide Just had really helpful phone customer service from you this morning. Full marks! A debit card from my wife needed "re-awakening" with a physical chip and PIN transaction after 18 months of only being used online. So an exciting outing to the P/Office! High life!

@AskNationwide Disappointing that a loyal customer cannot make their account joint and it’s easier to move to a new bank as I can utilise the current account switch service for opening a new nationwide account.

@AskNationwide 2/2 2nd call tells me@they cannot seem to do update my record with my mobile, transfers me to another department - that’s closed!!!! Waited on the phone for 13mins to not have good service. How can something so simple be hard. I cannot use app as NW kicked me out!
