@AskNationwide And Thirdfort is on the list. This doesn’t answer my initial question as to how to complete “onboarding” my Nationwide account as the error suggested was needed.

@AskNationwide Right, I'm getting very frustrated with Nationwide now. I tried the online chat - can't help - I called the number - "you need specialist team" - they couldn't help - called number again - reset my login process.. but the questions etc. are not reset.
