    @AskNationwide Finally interest rates are increasing, why aren't you increasing triple access products automatically, instead of making us constantly open new accounts to get the latest rates. If it was a mortgage you wouldn't make me open a new one if the rate changes

    @AskNationwide Can we get a straight answer please? To get your new interest rate on my variable rate triple access ISA 12 that was opened 2 weeks ago, do I have to close it tommorow and open a new one exactly the same?

    @AskNationwide Tried that, they’ve cancelled the card, but said my phone device was involved even though that is impossible. They can’t help us by finding out exactly where the fraud attempt was made location / device number, and so my device is now a brick to me for online purchasing.
