@AskNationwide I am so frustrated!! Why would you advertise 24/7 telephone banking. Let me go through the appalling menu system, including security , to tell me the lines are closed! Please explain...rubbish service, expected better from Nationwide.

@AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to "approve a payment" using Ecospend Technologies Limited but I keep getting "We are unable to process your request at this time... return to Ecospend Technologies Ltd" Is this a general problem with transfers this morning, or just this new method?

  • DorsetGirl1 DorsetGirl (@DorsetGirl1) reported

@AskNationwide No, it says on the Govt website that it's a new method. I just thought it might be easier than fighting my way through layers of security to create a new payee on my account!

  • DorsetGirl1 DorsetGirl (@DorsetGirl1) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks! I'm informed the problem is neither with my account nor your end generally, so I guess that's a start.
