    @AskNationwide I have tried chat and they can't help and tell me to call on a premium line. I call and I can't get through and repeatedly get told to go online. its a deliberate fudge

    @AskNationwide Hi, thanks for this. I have already re-enabled the alerts. You should probably send a second text to notify that low-balance alerts have also been disabled. This is a more critical issue than your app being a bit rubbish and your website having problems.

    @AskNationwide Now the "contact us" chat is asking me if I want to set up text alerts through the app that isn't working for setting up text alerts. Perfect. "Just" perfect.

    @AskNationwide You did not leave them with those who want them, you unilaterally decided and a ted. Common courtesy would be the standard process of sending a warning that you intend to pull the plug, unless the customer reacts and says to keep it. Not shoot first and then make me repair it.

    @AskNationwide The internet bank is not working (tech diffs) probs everyone logging in to try to re-enable texts. I was able to use the app to re-enable mini statements, high balance alerts and even more annoyingly - low balance alerts! You even didn't tell me it was disabled??

    @AskNationwide conflicting messages about your online mortgage switch service from each interaction. confirms my suspicions that you've pulled down the system as your customers are in the midst of a switch. just be honest so we can call time on a 20 year relationship

    @AskNationwide Could someone explain what the issue is with trying to access a saved application? Started this morning, saved it but now unable to return to it to complete it. App / web both say 'there is an error' but no outages listed anywhere. Feeling a little cynical right now.

    @AskNationwide Absolutely not on opting me out of texts that I chose to opt in to. Also, can't send a secure message about texts because you've replaced it with a broken chat service. When I get into my account texts are still on. Absolute shambles. Where is the complaint form?
