Chris Clarke (@HerrClarke) reported@AskNationwide what is wrong with your phone system? I am trying to call you for over a week, and the automated system keeps dropping the calls randomly. Tried 3x phones, same issues. Seems I am not the only one. Why can’t I email you?

Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported@AskNationwide seems online banking is down. App won't load, just sits circling and then phone says its not responding. I see a few others have tweeted too

Adam Longley (@adamlongley) reportedIn these days where bank branches are as rare as rocking horse ****, it seems incredible you can't make payments or set up standing orders using @AskNationwide phone banking. There seems very little point having phone banking staff of they can't actually do ANYTHING!

Lukey (@Lukey1962007) reported@rockdaddy70 @AskNationwide I’ve just asked them this as well. I thought @AskNationwide were there for customers. The savings rates are really poor in comparison to others. Come on savers need help as well #InterestRate

Matt Harker (@TeaSeaLancs) reported@AskNationwide Hey Nationwide, I've been trying to pay a bill all day and every time I get to the card reader validation, it says that there's a techincal fault and I can't be validated. There's no indication of an issue on your service dashboard, what's going on?

LBG (@LittleBolideG) reported@AskNationwide Hi- we have a lul in employment and looking for a temporary loan to see us through 3months. Is this something you can offer? and what charges are there for paying off the loan early? I can’t see this option on your website. TIA
