@AskNationwide I’ve already used that link. I can’t call because they ask for my customer number and passcode (which don’t match). I can’t log in to my online account to change it because I’m locked out of my pin using card reader and again, cust no and passcode doesn’t work.

@MaccaWiggins @AskNationwide The next tweets will be we have until 8am to release funds, only then they admit an issue! It’s an absolute shambles no other bank has issues accepting larger than normal incoming payments as often as these cowboys

@AskNationwide can you explain why your ‘emergency’ cover has taken 10 days to NOT fix an 87 year old woman’s boiler. This is shameful. Your engineer broke a part delaying fix now refusing to fix until I pay £300.
