  Hi @AskNationwide The app isn’t working for me either! It hasn’t been working since last night. Keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I have restarted the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work.

  @AskNationwide Wow… you’ve replied to an email I haven’t sent! As a customer service help desk - are you aware this is an issue which has been created by an update to the systems? And is NOT a customer issue?

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Why would they reward someone who just has an account and pays no money in? You are not a good customer for them. Otherwise the whole country would open one to get the free £100.

  @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?
