    @AskNationwide why not warn customers you’re changing the auth process to the iPhone app!! Ridiculous I can’t log in now until I get home…come on get some process management in place 😞

    @AskNationwide Dunno - but my app is working fine, I can log into that ok. And I’ve connected /reconnected this account to snoop and other things with the open banking thingymabob via my phone and not had to use browser OLB, app always been fine. Has there been a change ?

    @AskNationwide please can you advise if your systems are down. Logged on to my online account and It’s showing I don’t have any apart from mortgage. Couldn’t make a payment either.

    @AskNationwide my credit card has stopped working whilst abroad. Is there a reason for this? As I am not near my credit limit?

    @AskNationwide @SnoopApp have you changed anything with how you require me to connect with NW. I suspect not, as the workflow from snoop sends me to NW app, and it's the NW app that sends me to the browser. So I think the issue is NW.
