Septic Skeptic Fella Русский мир иди на хуй! (@dunfishin4) reported@AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.

Sam C (@misssamc) reported@AskNationwide any known issue around one time codes not being received? 🫠
-
Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
