Today @Vimeo have stolen £82.80 from my @AskNationwide bank account in collusion with @Visa. If I didn’t update my payment details, it’s because I didn’t want your service anymore. Taking money from low income musicians in a pandemic is not a good look Vimeo, Visa. Give it back

@AskNationwide Thanks for your prompt reply, but I have to say that is very disappointing to hear you are not even considering providing this. Especially during a pandemic, it seems a bizarre lack of foresight and appreciation of customer service.

Reasons why one banks with the @AskNationwide - because one’s partner has spent over an hour trying to report a #fraud on their @BarclaysUKHelp account and they literally don’t care and just close down the online chat. @Barclays - useless.

@AskNationwide You already have our details on file with an open complaint. My wife is in tears because of the anxiety and distress you’ve caused us. You’ve had every opportunity to sort our issues before now but you decided to hide behind process in the hope it would cover your incompetence.
