    @ChrisLloydTV @AskNationwide @Barclays Had a similar issue with Nationwide, rented a farm house for a few days at the other end of the country. They blocked my debit card while trying to purchase groceries (unusual spending) & couldn't unblock it. Told to go into branch 100 miles away with a passport. Moved to HSBC 😎

    @AskNationwide No real help and you didn't pass everything on. I'm now in the red. Thanks for nothing. My overdraft will be cleared in a few months and then after 30 years I'll be off. :-)

    @AskNationwide Complaint raised today although our mortgage advisor has raised previously, I really just need a resolution to the problem not lengthy complaints processes. An email address or someone ringing me would be far preferable?

    @AskNationwide Really disappointed with Nationwides ‘support’ during the pandemic. A self-employed mortgage customer for over eight years - went to remortgage, got declined and a CIFAS (fraud marker) out against my name making me totally unlendable. Devestated my credit. Totally unhelpful.

    @AskNationwide My son is 19, full time university student, and lives with me outside term-time. Is he covered under my Flex Plus travel insurance? I can’t find the answer anywhere and have been hanging on phone to them for nearly an hour, so hoping you can help please?
