  @AskNationwide @SteveB2706 Terrible website now on a laptop. Only thing that saves it is the old version. Fully prepared to take you to the ombudsman for making banking inaccessible to dyslexics.

  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

  A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

  @AskNationwide your current account application form is completely broken. When filling in the first page of details, I’m then told I “You need to update your mobile number” and start again. The form doesn’t even ask for my mobile number.
