@AskNationwide Thanks, but you’ve said that before and it doesn’t address the problem. If someone requests a reasonable adjustment then just saying ‘no’ isn’t an acceptable (or legal) answer. Can you advise on how I can take this further @RNIB @guidedogs?

@AskNationwide Just seen on website that paying in cheque by post should now be sent to local branch. What happens if I have sent a cheque to PO Box 8888, Swindon.

@AskNationwide I don't because I don't know if it was changed and if you have the right address. It's impossible to do over the phone, I've already called 20+ times so not sure what I'm supposed to do. Would I be able to close my account over the phone without going through 2 round of security?
