    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.

    @Dorothy89487348 @AskNationwide Your systems are archaic & your customer service team unfairly engulfed by the frustrations this causes. I’ve just been told that, in the absence of a card reader, I need to go to my local branch to transfer money to HMRC. I am in Bali & need to transfer money today. DM me.

    @natpit @Amy__Moffat @AskNationwide Just to advise this is an issue with the app. If you login to internet banking on a laptop for example you can then transfer money with no issues
