@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide An iPhone 11. No error message but same as before, when I try to open the app I get a blank screen. So I offload and re download and go through the whole process of re-entering my customer details and one time code. Done it 3x already this week!

@AskNationwide She needs some help, she was working in a care home, a resident pulled her over in July and broke her humerus she was about to retire early so is living off esa and no income. I would love to help her but lost my Job November and can just about keep my car on the road.

@AskNationwide Right, I'm getting very frustrated with Nationwide now. I tried the online chat - can't help - I called the number - "you need specialist team" - they couldn't help - called number again - reset my login process.. but the questions etc. are not reset.

@AskNationwide I just made a purchase online. The first time, it failed (I got Error 404 on their site), yet the money was taken from my account. Then, it went through, but the money was taken again. Now, I have 2 transactions in my pending transactions for the same amount.
