@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide I understand during covid branches were not open as much as before, but now that we are back to normal, would it not be beneficial to have branches open on a Saturday when most people do personal stuff after the working week?

@AskNationwide Clearly not happy to help my 93 year old mother who wanted to change an account in one of your branches, handed an I pad and told to get on with it..absolute joke she doesn’t even own a mobile phone!!
