Just say there is a problem so people can sort things out! It’s disgraceful! But not at all surprising from a bank that doesn’t put stock in customer service!

I literally just saw you tell a customer there are "no problems", then 2 minutes later, you tell a different customer there are problems. This now happens on a monthly basis. It's not good enough, and your customer service is appalling.
