@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

Moment to appreciate @StarlingBank and their service anytime anyhwere. Need to stop an error payment and @AskNationwide tell you to call back at 8am. Money issues are a round the clock issue, you know. Time to switch my other accounts

@AskNationwide @KrisBurgoyne123 I managed to get it working yesterday by reinstalling but today it just comes up with the same error over and over. Passcode doesn't refresh so it's asking for the same 3 each time. Android 8 here.

@AskNationwide It's a 1Y triple access saver (because you don't automatically increase the interest on it like you do other accounts) and a Continue To Save. The point is that I can probably close them online during the day, but not at night? It makes no sense to me that it's limited to 9-5.
