@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Will you you be covering any late fees for direct debits as my wages are now late. Also Christmas is only a few days away will you take responsibility for problems arising from over stressed parents who have no money at the worst possible time!

@AskNationwide why is this still ongoing? Surely the team you have working on this must be incompetent this close to Christmas. There will be people who are waiting on money coming into the bank to fed kids or buy gas or electricity and this hasn't been fixed Surely someone knows

@AskNationwide this is a joke. No update other that “no payments accepted into you account”. This is not acceptable. People expect a better service from you. How long will services take to be restored. Your engineers been working on it now for hours surely they know the issue
