@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide be wary of the switching service. You have to switch within 30 days. Nationwide completing switches outside the 30 days so they don’t have to make payment. Very Poor!

@AskNationwide Fine. I’ll bank with someone who can provide me with an app that allows me to access my account without problems. And just to be clear I have experienced problems way before any new iOS updates have come out. And the fact that you can’t even check your pending payments online ….

@AskNationwide hi there. Is there a known problem with the mobile banking app? It keeps freezing when it starts up. I have deleted and reloaded it several times and it keeps happening. No issues with any other apps. I’m using it on an iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1
