  @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

  @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

  @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
