    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide Without money for an indefinite period of time. , disabled people, because of your company muck up is unacceptable. This error causing overdrawn statuses will cause problems with other payments due out soon while we have to WAIT for you to sort youselves out .

    @AskNationwide It's to set up a direct debit but says there is an issue with my card. My card is registered as I already pay an amount to this company so I only have to enter security code and states payment setup failed

    @AskNationwide Hello, tried that yesterday and again now. Same issue still. Tried it on different WiFi connections too so doubt that is the issue.

    @AskNationwide I wanted to send you a simple message. You've turned the message option off. I don't want to deal with your call centre as its always awful. The chatbot service you've replaced it with doesn't load. Can you pls tell your mortgage team to stop ringing me ref 70589051130. TY

    @AskNationwide Yea and all my payments were showing, I didn’t have any problems using my card. I’m going to call customer services now to discuss closing my accounts

    @AskNationwide hello. Are your card services down again. I am in Spain and cannot use my contactless card. It's been declined 3 times. I cannot call as it's 40 a minute and it takes 30 minutes for you to answer. You then say there are no problems.

    @AskNationwide i let it go yesterday. But you confirm if you are having issues? Payments made 24 hours ago not showing, not even in pending, and a clearing cheque has disappeared and not been updated in balance as of yet.
