@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@HalifaxBank @AskNationwide Ironically now when I try to renew the consent upon redirect to @AskNationwide they are directing me to the desktop version due to tech issues. Seriously poor UX from both sides here. It used to work fine and now it doesn't. Pls work together and make this work for the customer

@AskNationwide are you guys working on removing the requirement to use a card reader to make a payment? The rest of the banking world moved on from that a decade ago! Am I supposed to carry it around everywhere I go?

@AskNationwide after only@months of using Nationwide as a joint account we are getting a new bank. Solely because the app is awful and requires a chip and pin card to do basic transactions
