@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Respectfully this is extremely unfair and can cause unwarranted problems and multiple issues which Nationwide would be obligated to deal with including refund of call charges, especially as some countries can cost between 4-5 pounds per minute to call.

@AskNationwide They have transferred us to your European partner who have said they can't do anything until Monday. They’re trying to find someone to recover us to at least Calais but have said we need to cover the costs. This is not the recovery service we were led to believe

@AskNationwide I’ve never had a problem with NW app or online banking in the 7 yrs I’ve been with you until today! I actually panicked thinking someone fraudulently got into my account because I’ve never had a problem with logging in. I also don’t believe that NW don’t have my mob number

@AskNationwide Can you please change the method of D.O.B. input when applying for products online? At present you can only swipe through each month from today to the correct date. Totally ridiculous and a very easy fix (even if it isn't you should do it).
