@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I got put on hold for 30 mins then your staff member told me they would call back in 5 mins and hung up, I got no follow up call the the live chat won’t connect this is disgraceful customer service

Sad to report that @AskNationwide join the ranks of companies with poor consideration for #accessability. Every question I have asked via the web chat function is met with a "please call customer services on 0xxxxxxx" response. If I wanted to do that, I would have started there.

@AskNationwide So I'm logged in already, but now need to register & log in separately to 4 different mortgage accounts to amend rather than just sending you a message from my account telling you what I nees. Appreciate you didn't design this but it's really crap
