Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

Stewart **** (@AuthorSJB) reported@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.
