    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide I need help I am at home with two children all testing positive for covid , I’ve tried to order a food shopping online and my card is declining when there is money in it. I understand that there is a payment issue but I can’t go out later for this shopping due to self isolating?

    Hey, @AskNationwide issues with payments is becoming a regular occurrence. I have a payment due to come out, and need the payment I transferred from @StarlingBank at 7AM this morning to show before 2:30PM. Do you have an ETA?

    @AskNationwide are you having problems with incoming payments into your customers current accounts? There's a note on the app but not sure if refers to payments going out or in. Clarity much appreciated

    @AskNationwide Only discovering this by getting late payment emails from my direct debits?! So clearly standing orders/direct debits are not working normally. I have a payment that was supposed to go out on the 21st Feb and still hasn't been paid apparently?!

    @AskNationwide You clearly can't be relied upon to give the service I need- but add in lack of information on ETA for payments and it becomes negligence/ incompetence. I'll call ahead and then visit- emptying this account today.

    @AskNationwide This is down every payday it seems. I have bills to pay and monthly food shop for the kids and my money is no where to be seen. I am going to complain.

    @AskNationwide This is the 2nd time I’ve been affected by this “technical issue” this time it’s my wage from work that hasn’t gone into my account. Seriously thinking about switching banks!
