@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide Hi, I feel very disappointed in your service. I've filed a complaint about being unable to transfer money from an ISA and had 0 response. I find it shocking that the ONLY way to get access to my money is to go into a physical branch during a pandemic... #covid

@AskNationwide Everywhere else is opening up, shop staff have all been working. I can’t go to another bank if mine isn’t open, I can’t go to the bank after work. I see no reason for the bank to not be staffed until 5 if it’s already staffed until 2.30...

@AskNationwide The crazy thing is that I am trying to help you deal with a very serious security issue. Your lost and stolen card line called me randomly and connected me with someone trying to report his card stolen and transactions he didn't recognise.

@AskNationwide The lady on the phone said I’m sorry but I cannot help you as I am on the credit card department . She then processed to state that the line I would need to be transferred to are in fact closed and will open Monday at 8am.
