@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves
-
David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland
@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit
-
Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland
@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland
@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland
@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.
-
David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland
@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide is it possible to get a Help to Buy ISA closing statement in branch? Our solicitor has just received the necessary paperwork to process the sale but it needs to conclude by Monday and this is the final piece we need.

@AskNationwide Ask your manager to call me asap please. Ive wasted hours of time calling your customer service team. What sort of customer service team cant speak to the general public?
-
OftenPure (@oftenpure) reported
@AskNationwide I had a flex account which I switched to starling then I made a flex direct account and the app and website still show I've been a member for 4 months so does that mean when I switch my barclays account I'll get £100 or £125?

Chris Puttick (@putt1ck) reported
@AskNationwide Please advise where I complain, formally; I will expect an expert-level response to why you cannot support browsers on Linux but you can support those same browsers running on Mac, Windows and Android

@AskNationwide I just wanted to say what excellent service I received this week in your Norwich branch. The man who served me went out of his way to help even though the branch was very busy.

Last night I got scammed by someone purporting to be @Hermesparcels. They were SO slick but as soon as I realised I contacted @AskNationwide who were brilliant. No money lost and my account protected. Fab customer service from Rita who answered my call. Thanks @AskNatureTweets

@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply! I forgot to add that since I’ve been out of the country for a while, with a new phone number, I can’t access my account online - I’ve forgotten the login details and it’s all linked to my old U.K. number

@AskNationwide Thanks for the speedy response - if it doesn't arrive tomorrow, which will be the 5th working day, is there anything I can do?

@AskNationwide The forward trace was logged by NatWest to contact you. I have a reference for this but their problem is that nationwide is not responding. 7 phone calls and I still cant reach your fwrd tracing team on the phone. They need to call me before 4pm. Its an absolute joke.
