    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    Hmmmm @AskNationwide I’m not convinced that your outbound payments are working as usual as you claim. I’ve tried transferring to another account of mine and now my money is lost in space somewhere between my accounts.

    @noelmcbride0 @AskNationwide They have been down absolutely hours and this is the third time in less than two weeks. I’ll be changing banks, they should know what the cause and how to sort it by now.

    @AskNationwide Inconvenience is an understatement and they have had 5 days yet still not responded!!!! You need to get your acts together and start resolving this recurring issue

    @AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.

    @AskNationwide Unreal - im waiting for money to go in that I needed by 2pm. So thanks for that. Not! I think ill be looking into switching now, had enough of this all the time. Nationwide is THE WORST bank Ive ever been with! The number of issues weekly is just beyond belief.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have just transferred money from my other bank account to my nationwide account its not showing my bank balance at all and just says payment issue and im in a queue, its not acceptable

    @AskNationwide considering this has not happened 3 x in just over a week, why has the payments issue not been sorted yet? You must know the cause and how to fix it by now? Why won’t anyone give a reason or a timescale??

    @AskNationwide Also that doesn’t help when money can’t go into my account to cover the direct debits and standing orders! It’s beyond a joke now really!!
