    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide My card has stopped working & I need a replacement. I can’t find anyway of doing this using online banking, so I have to phone. Your website clearly says your phone lines are open “7 days a week, 8am to 6pm”, but after going through security it says they’re closed

    @AskNationwide Thanks Ashley, I know that , just wondered when I’d find out if I am eligible for the £100. Also the app on my iPad doesn’t load to the login page on some days, I have to close it and reinstall.working on my phone though. Glenn

    @AskNationwide Hi @AskNationwide, I've just tried to make a purchase on Steam (a £3.99 game) and I'm getting an error that says my card is being declined by my bank? But I've signed into the app and it all looks fine... successfully paid for an Iceland delivery two days ago...

    Sterling service, not from @AskNationwide who cannot give clients the correct telephone number to deal with their disputes and hide behind a typed messaging service. Do not bank with Nationwide. Unprofessional, untrained dimwits.

    @AskNationwide Your credit card customer services team do not service the client but more are in favour of the merchant, yet I'm the one paying the bill. Their systems and procedures benefit the merchant. Without clients, they would not have a job!

    @AskNationwide again, you are blocking my credit card! Forcing me to have charges added to my debit account whilst in holiday. This is a constant battle with you and I need support asap
