I have had regular ongoing messages same as above, or 'technical issue, please restart'. You deny any issues yet it is no coincidence that you have an app problem but are in denial. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
