    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to login to online banking, but every time it keeps saying you're experiencing technical problems. I'm using to correct online banking number and date of birth. And what I need can't be done via the app. When will online banking be back up? Thanks

    @DebiEvansMatron @Vampfree1110228 @AskNationwide Agree re problems. Just been logged in to a Nationwide app chat ‘help’ line. No further forward after an hour. Just cancelled newly opened credit card account because of Nationwide abysmal admin.

    Last year @AskNationwide gave me £50 as a thank you Today they sent me an email telling me my account has been closed!! WTF!!! What about the money, including the £50, I have in it?????

    @AskNationwide Having trouble making payments to unsaved payees that automatically open the app to make a payment. Always gets a vague "Something has gone wrong" error message. Even paying my AmEx like I have done numerous times.
