@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

Don’t bank with @AskNationwide. I’ve been trying to not bank with them for years but each time I zero my account and try to close it they apply more spurious charges. And their support sucks. Anyone got an email address I can use to contact them?

@AskNationwide Also, regardless of how many people are mention in the deeds, if only husband is working and is unable to pay the mortgage, the bank will repossess the flat anyway, right? So why cannot non working wife be mentioned in the deeds?

@AskNationwide Can you please block all bar one payment going out of my account from the same company? I only authorised one payment. I can't wait until tomorrow because they've forced me into overdraft!

@AskNationwide But what happens if wife works, takes a joint mortgage with her husband, then stops working? The substance is the same: she is not working and her name is in the deeds, right?

@AskNationwide Thank you. Logging a complaint is a good idea. I have tried using secure messaging and got palmed off to collections without non-collections problems solved. I will continue to hunt email addresses.

@AskNationwide very disappointed with service this. Tried to pay from flex account to credit card; app told me it had timed out and no payment was made. Checked and it hadn’t gone. So tried it again and it worked. Then account shows 2 payments! Phoned and told nothing can be done

@AskNationwide What difference does that make? Once I log in I'm redirected to the same account pages and get the same error.
