    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    Seems it's impossible now to use @AskNationwide online banking, via desktop or mobile app without using their card reader - Do they honestly think I'm going to carry their ******* stupid little card reader (and card) around with me 24-7? Luckily @HalifaxBank to the rescue.

    @AskNationwide Hi there, is there reason the contactless feature should stop working? I have been unable to use it. My account has funds in it so it doesn’t make any sense. It’s a real inconvenience. Thanks, Joseph

    @AskNationwide morning. your new website looks good although the fonts don't display sharp enough in Google Chrome v91 on my Windows 10. Fonts look a lot sharper on my mobile. Also it seems that your House price index calculator is broken when looking at region or by postcode 👎

    @AskNationwide I’m trying to make a payment using a card reader but every time I get a “technical issues” message. Yet your status says everything is working fine. I’m using the app. And I’ve tried on two different devices. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide Hi there, my partner has accidentally sent the rent money to the nationwide account I no longer have. How do I get this transferred to my correct account, I no longer have access to this old account via telephone banking? Panicking, rent goes out tomorrow, 16th.
