@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide So you cannot change any reference on the app? And you still use card readers. This is completely ridiculous. I now can't transfer money on the go and need to log in to online banking on a laptop just to be able to change a reference? . Please feed this back

Shout out to @AskNationwide who lied about funds being returned from a Direct Debit indemnity, and then lied about the timescale for getting a phone call for a complaint... which arose from their original lie. Great customer service! #Nationwide

@AskNationwide Do I really need a card reader to send £40 to an existing payee, what century are you working in? Can't get through on the phone and now can't do it via the app. Regretting the move to Nationwide

@AskNationwide giving me £75 compensation for failure to answer my repeat attempts to call you to change my mortgage before rate increase (cannot do online) is insulting. Your failure to provide service will cost me thousands of pounds.
