@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

After 20 years of loyalty to @AskNationwide they show the worst customer service. Decline a payment - tell me I failed security and then after taking a day off to prove it’s me in branch, refuse to allow me to check the data held on me is correct (surely a breach of DPA)…

@AskNationwide I raised with @AskNationwide as a specific @AskNationwide issue 2 weeks ago, your team forgot to pass it on🙄 I followed up on Friday and your Member Relations Consultant advised he was escalating, having heard nothing 5 days later I had to call him again as no response...

@AskNationwide I've just opened a Flex Direct account and transferred two direct debits. I was told I would receive a £150 cash back bonus but haven't received it yet. Please can you help sort this out?

@AskNationwide We have now passed the 4 hour mark. Getting pretty damned tired of this awful jazz hold music. When you call it a "24 hour" line is that how long it takes someone to answer?

@AskNationwide The issue is you not accepting government documents with my NI number on them. You don’t recognise the paperwork I have and ask for an item that you can’t even name. And yet we have to reapply. Why would we continue and then apply for a mortgage.

@AskNationwide Can CEO Debbie Crosbie advise why you take monthly fees for services you can't deliver adequately and don't manage the supplier including cowboys like Lifestyle Services Group, and you guys just put up a customer service brick wall - 0/10 for service @AskNationwide #poorservice

@AskNationwide If you think this is an acceptable way to leave one of your long standing customers in the midst of a crime perpetrated against them then I dread to think what your customer care policies actually read like.

@AskNationwide Being a customer is hard work. Issue no 1 you refused to do what you said you would, deal with complaint and months later after refusing to communicate with ombudsman, now resolved in our favour. Now you are at it again. Because you failed to deal with us in 30 days we suffer.

@AskNationwide Case NBS 7658000 refers, phone initially went to LSG in May (yes May!) and now needing 3rd repair due to clear quality control issues. The poor communications, customer service (including Nationwide forgetting to pass on) and lack of ownership from Nationwide is unacceptable.
