@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour How does nationalising help? Any losses incurred by the industry falls on the tax payer ,us the consumer

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Something that didn’t happen #56 … you wouldn’t go the bank to ask for help over rising costs, they won’t help you , you’d go citizen advice

@Debbiecrosbie1 the “service” I have received from @AskNationwide is atrocious. All I’m trying to do is manage my elderly mum’s account (I have POA). Constant issues, faults not logged and no way to transfer money unless I go in branch?? Waste of my time. Will be leaving ASAP.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour There must be something you can do to recall Parliament, another Vote of no confidence? Collab with all other UK parties to get it passed without Tory support ?

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Yes £1000 will help people, but what about the other £3000 people will have to pay??
