@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Oooh, not cool today. First poor service in 4 yrs... Being hung up on by an agent after 12 minutes of waiting. Its too early to be dumping calls. If they said "can I have a couple minutes to type notes up" I'd have said of course... I'm surprised the call dumped.

@AskNationwide great service today my card has been used fraudulently the lady I spoke to guided me through the stoppage process and was very reassuring
