    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide I’ve already sent it it’s a flexclusive saver issue 8

  • dougsfeline Steve Rhodes (@dougsfeline) reported

    @AskNationwide Do I really need a card reader to send £40 to an existing payee, what century are you working in? Can't get through on the phone and now can't do it via the app. Regretting the move to Nationwide

  • lemanie33 melmickeyjay🖤🖤🖤 (@lemanie33) reported

    @AskNationwide I dont have another prehistoric card reader. Or know anyone that does. Youve lost me as a customer because of this. #Switched

  • adiuk_28 adrian smart #8⃣7⃣4⃣ (@adiuk_28) reported

    @AskNationwide Just checked it says flexclusive saver issue 8

  • thisisonyoux Whyareyouatthewake (@thisisonyoux) reported

    @AskNationwide That's the problem I don't seem to have the option. It just says reference: and doesn't let me edit it?

  • ac3rca M4rcus (@ac3rca) reported

    @AskNationwide here's a thought, I've been a loyal Nationwide customer for 15+ years, however if I leave for another bank I get £175-£200, but if I was a new customer joining Nationwide I'd get £200. What if I'm loyal and stay? Nothing? How's that seem fair?

  • thisisonyoux Whyareyouatthewake (@thisisonyoux) reported

    @AskNationwide As there is no way il stay with nationwide now. I suspect others will have the same issue

  • thisisonyoux Whyareyouatthewake (@thisisonyoux) reported

    @AskNationwide So you cannot change any reference on the app? And you still use card readers. This is completely ridiculous. I now can't transfer money on the go and need to log in to online banking on a laptop just to be able to change a reference? . Please feed this back

    @AskNationwide I #remortgaged with u and thought it had all gone thru but Enact Conveyancing didn't tell me there was a problem-I had 15 days in which I could have resolved this!! and now I've had to pay an additional £400. Are you going to reimburse me for this cockup of yours?
