I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
