@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

Reasons why one banks with the @AskNationwide - because one’s partner has spent over an hour trying to report a #fraud on their @BarclaysUKHelp account and they literally don’t care and just close down the online chat. @Barclays - useless.

@AskNationwide Hi Bobby. Thanks for replying. When I open the app the screen freezes. It never even gets me to the log in. I try different internet connections but nothing seems to work. This can go on for a few days until I give up and take down and reinstall the app.

Have asked @AskNationwide which of my 2 freelance businesses they object to, or if it's perhaps one of my two employers they don't like. Or if perhaps I've made some other terrible error when running my bank account as acceptable under UK law ... Just saying.

@AskNationwide Some sort of Joke? Help involves helping people not causing a mental breakdown dealing with your new business team! Needs shaking up as clearly your business processes are screwed up! incompetence and lies at a major scale!
