@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

Any legal advice please? @AskNationwide gave me an overdraft, in the same week my benefits were cut to below half. Shortly after they doubled the interest to 40% and kept increasing the limit. Trapping me. It's predatory lending and I need help as the charges have crippled me
