@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Hopeless with payments, again. What does your IT dept actually do, doesn't seem anyone does any testing? Looks like my current account will be switched. Can't even access my own salary this month. #nationwide
