@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide Have a savings account with you. Due to no longer having a Nationwide current account I can no longer access these funds via the app. How can I get access to my money considering my local branch has no counter service? Thanks

@AskNationwide Hi Mel, sorry for the delay in my response. I used a different browser and logged in to the main N'wide website, and successfully engaged in an online webchat. I suspect that my normal browser (Google Chrome) requires that the cache needs clearing. Comments?

@AskNationwide Sherrie ive complained about this manytine and all it causes is more stress and hassle yet nothing ever changes. Just the same old rubbish service. Not going through it all gain. As a bank im done with you guys.
