@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@susie_arnott @AskNationwide @cathydevine56 Indeed, and they wonder why people get so angry! Either give a sensible answer or admit that there isn't one! By giving a non answer it demonstrates that actually you know there is a problem, otherwise they would be able to answer the question!

@AskNationwide Just spoke to your customer service assistant, Lynn (who was ace!). Awful to hear that your staff haven't been treated by respect (and now have to wear bodycams) over the past two years during lockdown.

@AskNationwide is making people close savings accounts & open new ones to access increased rates a ploy to cheat busy working people out of interest rate rises ? Do you win on people who miss this trick ? What % of members get left on lower rates when you entice new customers??

@AskNationwide Can I switch to your new triple access ISA at 1% if I have an existing triple access ISA at 0.4% with you from a previous year? I only see options to fund it from a Nationwide account where I can select the existing ISA but wanted to confirm that's the right way.
