@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I have a flex account. My bank card (it's the colour of the card plus font) is hard to read. Help please? I had the same problem with my credit card and was told to order a statement. Would a bank statement contain my bank account number plus card number?

@AskNationwide It would be helpful if you didn’t leave people on hold with no idea how long they may have to wait. Gave up after 20 minutes…not really acceptable customer service.

@AskNationwide Is someone going for a record of how long before the customer gets so annoyed that they hang up. If we don't get through we could find ourselves without cover. Not a great way of protecting your customers. Now 83 minutes!
