    @AskNationwide Hi there. Iโ€™ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

    @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? Whatโ€™s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible

    @AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me itโ€™s closed and tells me to call the number Iโ€™ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?

    @AskNationwide just had a faster payment sent however nothing is showing in the app are you aware of any issues
