    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide it is nearly 8 hours since my company sent my wages and I still cannot access them. What the hell is going on? I have bills to pay! Absolute shambles and no honesty seems to be forthcoming.

    @AskNationwide Because of your payment issues I've not had any electricity all day, I live on my own and I'm currently sitting in the dark. You've not done anything to help me. You shouldn't treat people like this when it's your issue.
