Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. (@dunfishin4) reported@AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.
