    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide any idea on when payments will be made into accounts? Some of us are due to pay certain things and have no money because of this reoccurring problem your app always has with late payments into accounts 😡😡

    @AskNationwide You don't understand my frustration. You're not in hotel accommodation, which if not paid for by 12pm, you could be evicted from with nowhere else to live, and with an extra 12.5% VAT to be paid from now on if the stay is not continuous. Fix the problem and quickly.

    @AskNationwide Like many others waiting on wages. This payment issue seems to occur most month ends and being honest is not acceptable any more. Sorry.

    @AskNationwide this is ridiculous, almost every month there is a problem with salary being received and outgoing payments. It is not acceptable and nor is the answer of we are working on it. This isn’t a one off, it’s almost every month either on or around the 20th or end of mth

    @jodie_musson @AskNationwide No point having a standing order or direct debit if your wages aren’t paid into your account because of this issue. @AskNationwide we need more info
