@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide Just wanted to say I'm absolutely disgusted with your company. An organisation is attempting to take £75 from my account (a pending payment) & according to your phone advisor, you won't help - despite the fact the payment is unauthorised & I wasn't notified.

@AskNationwide Hiya Kyle I am using the mobile app at the moment I had a payment made at half 12 which was fine I transferred it into a savings account to sort out what I needed to pay by bills with but when I tried to transfer it back into my current account it says error repeatedly?

@AskNationwide There is no secure chat option i can find. Spent 25 mins on hold. Put the phone down and tried again on hold a further 10 mins now. There seems to have been a new card issued that I don't own and didn't request!! Meanwhile my card has been stopped. Very concerned. Still on hold

@AskNationwide how can my parents pay a cheque in now you have closed their local branch? They have the app, but no access to a printer. I believe some banks you can pay in via a post office, is this an option?
