@AskNationwide I've had to cobble together dehumidifiers from friends, and rent carpet cleaners to even try and solve the problem. What's the point of emergency cover - I literally just want to talk to somebody to tell me I'm doing the right thing.

@AskNationwide i’ve lost my bank card in the worst week of the year!!! i don’t have any picture ID that is in date either so wondered if i can go into a branch and withdraw money over the counter … HELP!

Not for nothing, I was able to contact, report and resolve the same issue with @AskNationwide WHILE ON HOLD WITH YOU. I've been with HSBC for 26 years - not sure for how much longer after today.
