@Lookinupatstars @AskNationwide @sandettieauto Same thing happened to to me a few weeks ago, I tried reaching out to support they did nothing, then a friend of mine referred me to #cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he resolved it immediately. Check him out I’m sure he can help you out too.

@AskNationwide Hi, I changed my direct debit details for my mortgage payments from my HSBC account to my NBS account via a form on your website. The DD has disappeared from my HSBC app but hasn’t yet appeared on my NBS app and the payment is meant to go out on 4th 😬😬

@AskNationwide Thank you but I won’t bother as it will make no difference whatsoever. There is no such thing as customer service any more, sadly. Branches are closing all over the country because they do not actually offer a service to the customer.
