@AskNationwide why have you removed the option to send a message from internet banking? This has really had a negative effect on your standards of customer service.

@hadespatrochles @Nicllan @AskNationwide I’ll defend inclusion only when it is deemed fair. So far most restrictions are not working and those which have tightened restrictions (bc they weren’t fckn working) it’s too early to tell.

@AskNationwide Tried that, they’ve cancelled the card, but said my phone device was involved even though that is impossible. They can’t help us by finding out exactly where the fraud attempt was made location / device number, and so my device is now a brick to me for online purchasing.

So, @AskNationwide telling me to do the things that I have been doing for months, to get help. Failing to understand I have just 24 hrs before I lose everything and yet unable to help in any meaningful way. Local MP? Daily Mail journo friend? How do I get help????

@AskNationwide Yes but they’ve already told us they can’t help finding out what device caused the fraudulent activity and very oddly suggested we went to Apple to get the phone “professionally cleaned” as quoted by a fraud manager. What does that even mean?

@Nicllan @AskNationwide also, sport is all about the fact that we deliberately do not recognise biological differences. if we did, Micheal phelps etc. would not be able to compete in sport. But of course big scary trans people are the ones who are the problem

@AskNationwide why is it impossible to get an email address to get into correspondence in an urgent matter regarding fraud on my credit card? Going round in circles yet someone almost managed to take my money and your only solution is to block my phone and cancel the card?

@AskNationwide No - you now just have that ridiculous chat option which offers zero customer service.
