@AskNationwide I can not login on my Mac. It tells me that there is a technical error. But according to your website the status is all working normally. I can login on my phone app. So I am guessing it is an issue with the mac interface ?

@AskNationwide I have made a complaint online as I was advised to. Still doesn't help me when my food shop was cancelled due to you blocking the transaction when I am ill with COVID at home with a young baby!

@AskNationwide That’s the problem. I am not part of the U.K. App Store as I now live over seas! For security reasons is not an excuse to isolate anyone who lives abroad- the whole point of the app in itself is to make banking secure for its account holders not lock them out.

@AskNationwide why did you randomly block my debit card, resulting in my food shopping order being cancelled at 1am? I have COVID and a baby with COVID
