Organising life today. @Plusnet cancelled. I DO NOT recommend. New service with @virginmedia arriving this week. Now tackling @AskNationwide and there 2nd payment delay this year! No payments in or out…you couldn’t write it #fail

@AskNationwide How do I raise a complaint about these payment delays? I can accept one or two occurrences, but this is at least the third consecutive payday issue. This clearly indicates a pattern of system failure/that lessons are not being learnt. Thanks
