@AskNationwide what is with your customer service these days, you used to be so good. I’ve been on hold twice now for 20 minutes+ with a mortgage query I can’t resolve online and literally no one answers the call. Simply not good enough.

@AskNationwide Here to help? - yes this would be good if one could contact you. You are giving opening times online but when visiting I have found the bank closed. You are impossible to reach on the telephone - you just give a message and then end the call. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GET BACK TO WORK!

@AskNationwide hi I'm waiting for nationwide to refund a direct debit payment that was wrongly taken from my bank. I spoke to Customer service and they said it would reach my account by 6pm tonight, but it still isn't in there. Do you know when this is going to reach me?

In a world of being conscious of the environment- @AskNationwide sent me an annual mortgage statement - a good few pages of paper plus leaflet. Problem is this tells me nothing the app doesn’t tell me - I get probably more up to date accurate info from the app daily- so why?!
