    @AskNationwide I can log in now on desktop. I assume the maintenance-type work started early, but only one other person said that they had the same issue. I don't know.

    @AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃
