Heather Finlay 🕊️KPSS💚🤍💜 (@LuxuryMoon) reported@AskNationwide Your new style layout for online banking is very poor and much worse than the current one. I sent a message a couple of days ago saying that I don’t want to switch but received no reply. The old style holds the information on one page . With a grid format that makes it easier to see and find a transaction . The new one is all over the place , disorganised and forces me to scroll up and down constantly . It seems that you have gone for a system that suits your tech staff but not your actual customers How do I retain the old style? I feel so strongly about this that I will move to another bank if forced to use the new style

B (@scriptwren) reported@yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?

Will.I.Amッ (@Talk_To_Will) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Instore banks are next to useless these days. Go in to open a joint account with all the documents and get pushed into a room to do on a tablet because it’s all online. Lloyds aren’t much better as have to do online too (only popped into Lloyds because there was an issue online!)
