    @AskNationwide my card is being declined for no reason and I have been on hold on the phone for 20 minutes! Why do you block my card for no reason! I need it sorted not to sit on the phone for hours!

    @AskNationwide Yes, I do. I have turned the device off and on again but this still doesn’t help. I get to the Welcome screen and click on the “I have a Nationwide account” option but nothing happens.

    @AskNationwide hi I have ordered a new card but also can’t access my online banking so can’t transfer any of my money to other accounts so that I have access to it, would I be able to make transfers over the phone or if I went into the branch? If any of that makes sense
