@AskNationwide Will my food order at 10pm go through ? Somehow I've to push a wheelchair and an additional needs buggy at the same time for my boys( look at my account they both get high mobility) so we can hunt food down for today after having to cancel respite as I could transfer funds

@AskNationwide Serious question (asked earlier but without a response) : How many times has the Payments problem happened in the past 3 months? I couldn't receive or send payments properly over Christmas and New Year plus bank Holidays. Now 'normal' days present banking difficulties yet again!

@AskNationwide @k12ddo Dear nationwide if you have a serious problem with your ability to safeguard customers money don’t you think it would be fair to actually advise us of such so we can all pull our funds out , this is happening far to often ,you have our money but you are losing our trust

I know it’s not ideal what’s happening at @AskNationwide - I’m affected as well, but, please don’t be abusing the staff, either on here, on the phone or in person in Branches. This is OUR Building Society, they are OUR staff. We are better than this. They are working to fix it

@AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.
