    @AskNationwide I was just told they deposited. An hour delay seems a bit much but false alarm overall it seems. I can still send info if you want to look into it Incase it’s a bigger issue. You’ve been a wonderful help !

    @AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

    @AskNationwide Hey! I’m awaiting a new card and in the meantime i’m using Apple Pay which it says on the app works. I’ve just tried making a purchase and the card says it’s not authorised and keeps getting declined. Any help?
