Somewhat disappointed that even though I've been a @AskNationwide customer for a few years, I only got £100 of the switching bonus instead of £125. I've sent a private message so will see what they say.

@AskNationwide Concerns?? You don't think that's happened? Your goons have categorically stated there's no wrong doing by merchant even though service wasn't received. I have stated this clearly, you still think this warrants a different concern being raised? That's just condescending!

@AskNationwide why do you add complaints to resolved complaints after the fact that have been agreed, and without knowledge to the customer. Is it to make yourselves look good and say less complaints. Fraud or what

@AskNationwide I just opened a FlexBasic account and saw today (after using my card in error) my account was showing -£5.10. I quickly transfered £10 in to bring it back over zero, but a) will I be charged for this and b) can I turn that off so I can't go overdrawn? Thanks.
