    @AskNationwide Oh okay, thanks, it declined and I saw the message so assumed the 2 were related, there was more than enough in there, perhaps it was a connection error and would have worked if i tried again, I've been able to use it since. It has happened a few times and left me stranded.

    @AskNationwide Hi. I've had an issue with the app so it kept failing to launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Its now asking me to register for mobile banking, im putting my details in and waiting for a text message that never arrives...

    @lillun6 @AskNationwide Maybe I would have gave that individual the benefit of the doubt had they not of blatantly sighed down the phone at me when I asked them a question. I’ve been in telesales and call Center environments myself, so I know how challenging it can be. So I am never rude at the advisor

    @AskNationwide Yes this is happening when entering the code! I have tried few times and the details are correct! There is also a different payment where they want me to go on the app and approved my card ( without the card reader) and when I go back to the payment says an error still
