@AskNationwide @monsoon4691 Tajand Nikita…which one of you is right and which is wrong? Taj you are saying the issue still exists and you don’t know when it will be resolved..Nikita, you are saying payments are being processed and the backlog will take ‘several hours’ to get through!!!

@AskNationwide I can’t believe a huge established bank is STILL having these issues. It’s been ALL day. People need access to THEIR money more than ever this time of year. I for one will be changing banks in the new year this is disgraceful.

@AskNationwide So it says on your website that incoming payments aren't going in the account. This will be causing me great trouble as I am on UC. I appreciate you're trying to fix the problem but that is no consolation to me if I can't pay my bills.

@AskNationwide @FayeShortland Nice to see my tweet to you was ignored when i asked for an update. This is more than an inconvenience, people are without wages, food, gas and electric. This is peoples lives that rely on your service and your copy and paste response has no useful information. Do better.
