    @AskNationwide Perhaps you could stress that there is no problem with in person purchases, where I am apparently okay to spend money, but not online purchases. Really not sure why there is this difference.

    @AskNationwide Yes I have, but have had to do so despite the warning that you may not be able to recover or refund the money, because of your “technical error”

    @AskNationwide shocking service. Initiated our switch to you months ago and still not happened. No communication at all. Constant excuses as to why switch has t happened. Awful service, not the best first impression.

    @AskNationwide @damianpjones Move banks! Nationwide are rubbish tbh. I went to Barclays who allow all of this. Too many errors and downtime with nationwide

    @AskNationwide Hello, i did try to do it again on the website bet the same issue happened again..so in the end I went to my bank and it’s all sorted now. Thanks again for the help anyway

    @AskNationwide Hi, wife now very upset with you. She opened a Flex Account last week on my advice (I've been with you for years with no problems until now) but you have just told her you've blocked her account and she has to contact the Fraud team??? What on earth is going on?
