Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5

pawsbaws (@pawsbaws) reported@AskNationwide your current account application form is completely broken. When filling in the first page of details, I’m then told I “You need to update your mobile number” and start again. The form doesn’t even ask for my mobile number.

When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

Julie Carr (@mrscarrj) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.
