Can you @AskNationwide CEO Debbie Crosby why your customer care is so absolutely awful? No response, poor service, letters from bots - no point having account benefits if they’re poor quality with zero support from Nationwide when it goes wrong. NBS7658000 refers Many thanks.

@AskNationwide I am able to switch my mortgage deal, due to my term coming to an end. However your online mortgage manager is not working at all, the link fails on my PC and phone. Is this being resolved?!

@AskNationwide Thanks for trying but its too late. Your response is appreciated though. All my accounts were closed because I tried to help a lady politely from exposing herself at work. Her indecent exposure was intentional and her manager seemed to like it. Kilburn branch

@AskNationwide so why did my insurance premium drop by 30% this year? Did the law change and force you to give me the same deal as a new customer? So you’ve been massively overcharging me for years, legal yes, ethical, no. Treating customers fairly, no!!
