I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported@AskNationwide as much as I love daily puzzles, not so much with my banking app. App said I had to re install which I have done twice and again not able to move money or access chat or other services.
