    @AskNationwide @SkylarrosePhil4 That service status update was written 2 hours ago. When will this problem be fixed? Honestly this is a shambles. Its unfair to people who have no other means. I need access to my money to buy shopping. I have a child at home. Its completely unacceptable

    @AskNationwide @nathanstorey12 I don't remember reading people had actually had anything yet? They haven't started the "backlog" at all, as they don't know how to fix the problem that keeps becoming a problem! Absolute insult how they keep giving their customers nothing! Not an incline

    So @AskNationwide @nationwide have flagged on accounts that inbound payments are queued. Fine, but my card isn't working at all due to the bank being unable to process payments either?! This wasn't flagged. How are we meant to function?

    @AskNationwide fantastic I'm so glad standing orders and direct debits are working normally so they've been able bounce straight back, I'm assuming I can claim all incurred costs of returned direct debits, late payment fees etc?
