    @AskNationwide Your systems are archaic & your customer service team unfairly engulfed by the frustrations this causes. I’ve just been told that, in the absence of a card reader, I need to go to my local branch to transfer money to HMRC. I am in Bali & need to transfer money today. DM me.

    @RevolutApp @AskNationwide I transferred £200 from my nationwide account to Revolut on 18th October. Between the two of you it’s been lost. I’m left out of pocket and trying to get answers out of both of your god awful customer service teams. 20 working days?! WTF

    53 days without a working bank card, 8 phone calls, a complaint and still not getting any updates! Banked with @AskNationwide my whole life but what am I supposed to do without a bank card? #nightmare #poorservice

    @emilywoodxxxx @AskNationwide Check if your app needs an update or try logging out and back in, sometimes that helps.Consider using Odown to monitor my banking app's uptime, and it really helps keep track of issues like this.

    @AskNationwide morning, in need of a bit of help, I paid my hairdresser last night via bank transfer but she’s just told me she’s changed her bank details 🤬, how do I get my money back so I can transfer to her new account? Not best pleased obviously
