    @v_knipe @AskNationwide I went in to my branch as my card was not working as the app was saying on my brocken noble saying card up locked A very nice member of staff in the Coventry broadgate branch Took me to the cas point and showed that it was still locked , Set everything on my new mobile up

    @AskNationwide New bank card arrived however online banking will not accept last 4 digits of this card to log in, will still log in using old card - does the new card take over when the old one expires for logging in purposes? Tried to look on help pages but could not find

    @AskNationwide Still not able to compose and send new messages to you through internet and if I try to use reply on old message get “technical error” I reported this problem over 20 days ago????

    @AskNationwide can you guys help me? I've got a debit card recently and I've tried to add my card to like Google pay or Google play and it says that they can't take my card and it's an error.

    @AskNationwide She was put through to HO by her local branch but she doesn’t know HO number. Now local branch not answering at all. I can’t do anything obvs as not my account. Why can’t someone contact her when it’s all your errors from outset!

    @AskNationwide If I thought you’d actually do anything, I’d complain officially but judging from yr response, it would be a total waste of time & energy. Customer service is clearly not known by Nationwide & it’s staff!

    @AskNationwide She has rang the branch & tried to correct there, no joy. Told to go to HO, rang 4 times now & can’t get through. Meanwhile all her statements are going elsewhere. This is unacceptable, fraud issues etc!

    @AskNationwide @TerryStock8 Everyone was perfectly fine until a tiny 1% of the population started to get a chip on their shoulders. As to answer you point, you’re just aggravating the situation by getting involved in personal issues that got nothing to do with banking thus 100% dividing your customers.🙄
