@8881CFcitleC @DC_1873 @AskNationwide In ‘chat’ they’ve told me to ‘remove the card reader’ (never had one), but to do so I need to scan my face…and then approve via a card reader. After this fiasco I’m definitely leaving as no one to fix issues like this after 6pm or even at all.

@AskNationwide customer for 20/25 years, I move money around constantly. Today being asked for a card reader which I dont have & never had so can't move MY money. Are we back in the 90s? Why are you suddenly asking for this? Rang, got told website would allow, it doesn't 😡😡

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide When did Nationwide become impossible to speak to or message or otherwise contact? Your payments system is not working as of 6pm on Friday 7 Nov 2025. You send us to the website which gaslights us by saying all is fine. Your phone wait is almost an hour. Useless!

@AskNationwide I've done so twice, I keep getting told to talk to the sending bank. Why? Can my bank (nationwide) not help, the wire was completed. So provide an answer here, if the wire is complete from the sender, where does the money go? How about you DM me and contact me to resolve.
