@AskNationwide Thank you for your prompt response about internet banking, but this doesn’t help re: the app as per my question. Apps are easier to login to and use when on the move than internet banking and also sits neater on the screen rather than having to zoom in, which may not be ideal.
@AskNationwide Is there any chance of someone picking up the phone on number 0800 545 3004. I've now heard 125 'We apologise for the delay but will be with you shortly' messages. HOW LONG IS SHORTLY. Glad you're not running the fire service.
@AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app
