    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide my current debit card expires on 31st, New card in my possession, some of my site updates have accepted the changes, others will NOT - until expiry has passed- is this normal?

    @gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @AskNationwide Nationwide advised a customer of our company we were a scam concern and not to pay us for an order! We are a small 22 year old family company.

    @yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?

    @somersetlevel @HalifaxBank They have useless customer service. Dumped them years back and shifted to @AskNationwide and never regretted it.

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻
