@AskNationwide Thanks, but you’ve said that before and it doesn’t address the problem. If someone requests a reasonable adjustment then just saying ‘no’ isn’t an acceptable (or legal) answer. Can you advise on how I can take this further @RNIB @guidedogs?

@AskNationwide Your service is horrendous, I have had my account blocked and I've spoken to your customer services agents and they cant get through to the fraud team and keep cutting my call, its disgusting, I can't access my account, you need to sort this, or I will sue you in a small claims

@AskNationwide There is no facility to talk to anyone about savings on this number - Savings is not an allowed option !! Twitter is the only way l have been able to contact a human being !! Even the branch can't help. What's going on ??
