  Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
