@AskNationwide your chat function is not working and I’ve had my card stolen, I’ve blocked it and ordered a new one. I need to transfer money but can’t as I need to validate transactions with card reader but I can’t do that as don’t have a card! I tried calling but lines closed

3. @AskNationwide complete our list, they’re offering £100 or £125 to switch to either the Flex, FlexDirect or FlexPlus account. Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

@NCCtaxpayer @AskNationwide They keep adding new savings a/cs with a higher interest rate but don't automatically upgrade the customer's original a/c. The 1 year triple access online saver is now no 15 with 1.4% interest. I have no 13 which pays 0.85%.I thus have to open a new a/c and close the old one!

@AskNationwide totally disgusted with your lack of communication. An existing mortgage customer should not have to wait 24 business days for a resolution. 15 phone calls made, one escalation and a formal complaint lodged. Not one call back from your staff. #shambles

@AskNationwide tks for stating the obvious as its detailed on the letter recd with new card. however whilst i hv sympathy for those w/visual impairment what about those who r not & require to sign rear of the card only to find the dots now make signing impossible or did u fail to read my post
