    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    been banking and had insurance for 25 yrs with @asknationwide Hardly ever needed the insurance side of things. Boiler broke down on Saturday morning and Nationwide promised someone within 24 hrs. Coming up to 60 hrs later still no one has turned up. Goodbye nationwide.

    @AskNationwide disgusted with wait times on nationwide fraud helpline. Over half an hour to answer phone when customers worried about card misuse and fraud. Disgraceful. I’ve been customer for 30 years. May change after this.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. That sounds absolutely awful. Can't imagine carrying something round to deal with my account when I already have a phone. Something extra to pack on holiday. Just also found out that I can't pay in cheques with the app. I may have made a mistake switching!

    @AskNationwide hi. Why can I buy a 6 month 3.65% bond via Flagstone but not as a 30 year customer? Seems ridiculous I have to give a fee to a 3rd party for a product my building society does but won’t offer me directly.

    @AskNationwide Hi I sent redemption funds yest evening but a whisper from NW. Logged into mortgage manager twice since and its not updated. no confirmation email received. now try to log in get 'Mortgage Manager is not available here at the moment'. Can u confirmed received?

    @AskNationwide Hi Jamie, you can’t ONLY apologise for this. Nationwide can sort out their customer service, especially on a fraud helpline. So disappointed in nationwide

    @AskNationwide You're 'not here' for your customers. Stop Lying! You put up interest rates every time bank of England does but other banks don't all do this & stay solvent. You're just GREEDY & DON'T care about YOUR customers. Awful, sad!
