@AskNationwide What about those of us who changed our finances *again* for this outage? Laughably, I switched my second current account to Nationwide on 31 Dec having been a member for over 15 years.
@AskNationwide Why cannot I close a savings account on line or in the app? Tried using the "bot", but this just errors and my complaint has been deleted Do you not want customers? I now need an email address, so that I can raise an official complaint.
