    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide There is no possible way to set up direct debit except calling by phone. This conversation leads to cancel my payment setup instead of setting up to set payment amount. Bank's mistake and customer bearing consequences is not right. Formal complaint filed.

    @AskNationwide 45 mins and counting trying to get through to UKInsurance to chase my travel claim which is way overdue. They have no email address, and I can't find them on here so basically I've no chance of getting an answer. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Woman's football is already saturating the market. On sky and BBC lots. It is unsustainable the viewing figures are unfortunately reflecting this. You can't ram stuff down people's throat because you want to feel like your a diverse channel. It is a false situation

    For the 4th time now @AskNationwide has responded to a base rate increase with: "We're currently working out what this means for our savings members" Based on the last 3 times, it will mean a very belated increase in rates, passing on only a fraction of the rise. Or nothing.
