.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? It is now actually impossible to access my @AskNationwide UK mortgage from my home in the Netherlands. No online log-in works, no telephone log-in works, and the ‘security questions’ are so random and specific (based on the last 15 years) - that I don’t have answers. #ExpatLife

@AskNationwide been on hold for 14 minutes, very poor service. Keeps telling me i will be answered shortly but that is simply untrue. I want to raise 3 transaction disputes which cannot be done online. This is such poor service and please do not trot out the old “covid” excuse🙄

@AskNationwide Hardly or you would support savers by fairly increasing interest rates. Many years ago, the Nationwide used to be an excellent Building Society. It did what it was good at, being a Building Society. Now it's just another virtue signaller which excels at another type of BS.

@AskNationwide anyone else having problems with regular payments (i.e. subscriptions, annual renewals) being declined by Nationwide? So far I've lost my Amazon Prime, Netflix, supermarket delivery pass and expecting more. Will be transferring my account if not resolved this week.
