    @AskNationwide How come some responses from your customer services say it's been fixed and you are now just working through the backlog and others say the issue is not resolved yet? Why can't we get proper answers from you about what is happening?

    @Staceym27786568 @SuperWidzy2 @AskNationwide What upsets me is this has been an issue since this morning. My sister sent money at 2pm. I would have stopped her if I knew and told her to pay pal instead! Yet they let us know what's happening at 6??! Its just BS!!

    due to a 'technical issue', i have been unable to access *my own money* for almost a day. it's really bad timing especially, and @AskNationwide doesn't seem to have *any timeframe* as to when it'll be fixed. it's time to move my current account to @StarlingBank
