Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. No letter to tell me there’s an issue, just removed the account. Only removed one account even though both have the same issue.

Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! I’ve had to spend another 45mins on the phone to HMRC !!
