    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide why are your payments always delayed. I had a carer booked to help me with shopping. She waited 2 hours but had to go fo another job. Now I still have not recieved my money transfer. I have to pay my carer for her time. And I have no food in.

    @AskNationwide How long it the backlog of transfers, my elderly dad who lives out in spain has sent me money to pay his rent, but it has not landed in my account. HOW LONG UNTIL THE BACKLOG IS CLEARED.. and why can't you share a post on this ISSUE, so customers are aware!!!
