    @AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

    @AskNationwide I’m moving to you but have found out you are closing payM a service I use a lot. You say there are other options but these all require a card reader! Who carry’s a card reader round with them 24/7? You are closing a service without a replacement

    @Dymvue It’s heartbreaking. My mum has been trying to sort out my grandad’s money after he passed away in august. She doesn’t like doing things online as she’s worried she will make a mistake and yet the nearest branch of @AskNationwide that hasn’t been shut down is over 30 mins away!
