    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @AskNationwide why a pensioner recovering from heart failure is forced to withdraw her entire pension due to a unnecessary and definitely unrequested block on her only means to access her pension. 5 phone calls and several unhelpful advisors later, only a temporary solution got

    @AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

    @AskNationwide Really don’t like to criticise but you’re banking service is nothing short of abysmal. This happens regularly and it’s becoming really annoying. I’ll be banking elsewhere in the near future All the best

    @AskNationwide I will be leaving nationwide this week. The bank is pointless if your app is always broken and no one can access money from their own accounts or receive transfers

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the reply but it happens far too frequently and the app has been down 5 or 6 times in 2021 as a separate issue. Best of luck to you but I'm out.

    always an inconvenience with @AskNationwide. week after week there’s always payment issues. how long do we have to wait now to receive payments? I can’t even transfer money in confidence 😤😤
