.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

@TheFCA We are being penalised by @AskNationwide they increased our home insurance by 24% stating it is because of the new ruling and will not explain the justification we have never claimed and been loyal customer for many years

@AskNationwide What about those who are most comfortable working in an office in a designated area with their team - this been taken away from them & replaced w/ a desk booking system. WFH & intranet self-serve MH info aren't substitutes for human contact & physical teamwork. Profit > employees

@AskNationwide According to @thefca @MartinSLewis the new regulations were designed to protect loyal customers and phoning is no help I am guessing you are getting many calls because your helpline is unhelpful and abrupt saying they cannot do anything
