    @AskNationwide the issue still isn’t resolved and I don’t have time to lose another 2 hours being fobbed off in branch. I’ve had a letter saying my complaint has been resolved yet I haven’t received the money?! Useless

    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide I am a mortgage customer and locked out of internet banking. I have tried to re-register and I get a technical error time. I've tried to call and your not accepting calls. Help!

    @AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

    @AskNationwide why a pensioner recovering from heart failure is forced to withdraw her entire pension due to a unnecessary and definitely unrequested block on her only means to access her pension. 5 phone calls and several unhelpful advisors later, only a temporary solution got

    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @laurajaneosborn @AskNationwide Hopefully not. I'm praying the problem will be fixed for everyone b4 that. Benefits use BACS I've seen that a few customers have recieved their payments. I really hope this is the case

    @AskNationwide Nationwide members currently cannot access funds received or pay essential bills but you tweet about it 12 hours later, close your phone lines and don't provide any kind of satisfactory timescale or response?

    @AskNationwide Well that's me going, just set up a couple of new accounts with different banks and when they're open I'm transferring my money out, how can it take so long to to resolve this issue, ridiculous

    When u are waiting for a payment and because ur bank is down nothing can be done :( sort it out @AskNationwide we are all struggling so close to xmas… cant get my deliveries till after now fully fuming

    Why is @AskNationwide just ghosting us all though 2 days before Christmas Eve. Not exactly "The best possible service", the least they could do is keep us updated.
