    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @AskNationwide Spent 30 mins on the phone on hold on Friday to cancel my current account switch but yesterday I received an e-mail saying it's going ahead tomorrow. Currently waiting on someone on Live Chat. Really unimpressed with your customer service!

    @StarlingBank Hi. How long do you keep your customers on hold with queries as @AskNationwide customer service is diabolical leaving customers on hold for over 30 minutes, so considering changing to you (or any other bank that respects customers)
