.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

  • Natnotanumber Natasha (@Natnotanumber) reported from Birmingham, England

@AskNationwide why a pensioner recovering from heart failure is forced to withdraw her entire pension due to a unnecessary and definitely unrequested block on her only means to access her pension. 5 phone calls and several unhelpful advisors later, only a temporary solution got

Dear Nationwide Building Society - I am very concerned about your recent text message beginning "As you use the Internet Bank/Banking app." I'm concerned because I don't use the app. It's not even on my phone. Is someone else using the app to access my account? @AskNationwide 1/5

  • bickers1983 Bickers (@bickers1983) reported from Kingsbury, England

@AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

@AskNationwide Thanks Jon - in the app I get the following message: You currently have no accounts to display. If you've recently opened an account this should be displayed in your account list within 10 working days. If you're missing an account, you can report this through the internet bank.'

  • SaffEdit Abi Saffrey (@SaffEdit) reported

@AskNationwide I haven't been able to access my accounts via the app or online for 24 hours, and all my attempted card payments yesterday were declined – could this be linked to last night's planned maintenance?

  • n4bdw Brian D West (@n4bdw) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks tried using nw card again. Egg timer on app comes on and stays on so could be problem at firm I'm paying. They dont seem contactable tonight. Besides it's only a couple of sandwiches and cakes!

  • FanofGodfather The Boss (@FanofGodfather) reported

@AskNationwide It was a sole Flexaccount. Going to branch isn't a problem, I would have preferred a warning to say if you skip the ID part then you would need to go into branch.

  • chazbalfour charlie🌿 (@chazbalfour) reported

@AskNationwide hi, i chatted online with one of your employees and they said i would need to speak to someone on the phone about my issue. i know your lines aren’t open til tomorrow, but it’s an urgent Student Finance issue. is there any chance i can talk to someone today?

  • leadbyfllw fllw2lead - https://rb.gy/tc4egt (@leadbyfllw) reported

@AskNationwide Nick, I'm not holding out for much. Already been given pretty daft, unhelpful responses. You can check with reference 00003960252. Tired of the rubbish. Clearly, customer protection isn't part of your offering.

  • gandybjs loadsa (@gandybjs) reported

@firstdirect hey. So I hate @AskNationwide because they think PTSD isn't a good enough reason to help with my overdraft. I see you offer 0% on overdrafts of £250 and less. Would you consider helping a new customer so he can pay of the debt?

  • gandybjs loadsa (@gandybjs) reported

@StarlingBank hi. @AskNationwide have told me PTSD isn't a good enough reason to recieve help on their overdraft. What can you do to help a hero in the community? @MetroUK is following my story
