    @AskNationwide @nicolafgillx @Debbiecrosbie1 2/2 customers experiencing poor service including one person waiting 43 days for a simple mortgage offer letter to be sent to their solicitor. Seems a bit unacceptable it you ask me?!

    @Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour They are very good building society. A few months ago i had my bank account card hacked into and nationwide delt with the problem very quicky and didn't lose any of my money.

And no you wouldn't stop the cap from going up, the cap is based on market prices, even if you were PM you can't control that price. Our suppliers have to pay marketrate to supply us. Use windfall tax to support them is one thing, but even that is not enough.

    How hard can it be to get mortgage offer letter correctly sent to solicitors. Impossible. Waiting 43 days so far. @AskNationwide

    @Linzellen83 @AskNationwide The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Farahs_tools for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    @Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Reinstate the 2017/ 2019 manifesto and you might be on to a winner. But your main problem is that people don’t trust you, so why would they vote for you? Give them a reason, man!

    @AskNationwide Thats the issue, they dont. No one takes ownership. Just told about waiting times. 43 days for correct letter to be issued. Its always someone else problem in a different dept. Not good enough. Teach me to stay loyal to @AskNationwide with my mortgage.
