    @AskNationwide some of the fonts on your preview new website are a bit unfriendly to read. Particularly in the header and footer, and some of the CabernetJFPro serif font usage. Some looks blotchy and some looks busy, requires more concentration than the old site to read.

    @AskNationwide what’s your data protection protocol for a customer requesting a copy of a bank statement in branch? I just obtained one while stood in the queue outside by just handing an employee my bank card, no details given/ID shown/pin given which feels a bit sketchy 😬

    @AskNationwide Your website says you can ring until 6pm. Which isn’t true. You don’t take calls after 5pm. How do you expect working people to ring you when they work until 5pm?

    @AskNationwide You’re sorry my son wishes to keep his private information (which you need to identify him before the call can continue) private and only ring you after work? Please just have your phone lines open as per your website at 6pm.

    @AskNationwide seems their mortgage application lines are only open when everyone is at work. My son can’t have his phone at work. Guess when the lines are open 9-5. Unbelievable joke. He’s finished by 5.15. No online chat no help for working people after they finish work. Jeez.
