@AskNationwide Hi Marcus, yes the issue was spotted on Monday and a fault raised. Now, as he doesn’t have a completion date (because the offer is not complete) it will be 5 days before it’s looked at.

@AskNationwide Thank you. Wld rather hv had issue resolveded than had to complain tho! wider training issues & process need fix to improve customer sevice& fraud. Not prot bank or customer at mo! Too much computer says no. Look forward to hearing from you to resolve issue.

@AskNationwide Just had an incredibly frustrating half hour on phone todat. Scripts don't work. Handlers need to listen. Told for 20 mins can not be unblocked temp for me to make uni payment. No access on line banking. Just not gd enough. Have put in complaint.

@AskAmexUK still haven't fixed the connection between your app and the @AskNationwide app. Every month, I approve the transaction and get transferred back to your app and nothing happens. 3 months now. Not making it easy to be a customer.

@AskNationwide Update….send a DM….hear back asking for more info….send more info…hear back to say they can’t help due to data protection and I have to call the mortgage team! They can’t even arrange a call back to me!
