@AskNationwide I was chatting to your colleague earlier see above thread, my internet banking was telling me you had a tech error, I’ve just tried to make some purchases on trainline and it asked me to verify via card reader it was rejecting the codes it was spitting out, it tried app instead..

@reasue10 @AskNationwide Mines the same they are frozen for a review because they don’t like me transferring money to my partner and my mum on 4 weeks now of it being like that, hopefully yours isn’t frozen and a app error
