    @AskNationwide It's been over the 15 days they stated, and the only way to contact them is email which they've stopped responding to. I guess a claim is the only way forward. @TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS maybe you should correct your website

    Spent all morning on phone to @AskNationwide trying to get my bank statements from 2018 which take 10 WORKING DAYS to be sent IN THE MAIL. No option to view online... Anyone looking for the 'killer use case' for crypto, how about, errrr, this?

    @AskNationwide I will call shortly, if there is a block on my account then I won’t be happy as yet again I have failed to be contacted or notified which should be done as standard if you think there is “suspicious activity”

    @AskNationwide Hi, I am completing a change of name form as I have got married. When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.

    @AskNationwide Hi there. Could I please suggest an improvement to the app/online experience? You do not allow the references to be edited when sending payments to people. In order to change this you need to add someone from scratch? This is really poor and an easy fix I hope.
