@spiderlegs1982 @AskNationwide Mine's usually just the week before my pension goes in, l top it up from my other banking account. I get a text that l need to top up my NW account by 2.30pm, which l do immediately online. Not my fault if their system isn't working properly. I don't have an overdraft facility.

@AskNationwide Same old responses people were getting 3 days before Christmas when you had the exact same issues. Its nowhere near good enough for a service that keeps letting its customers down

@AskNationwide is there going to be a more long term solution to this issue with payments? Once in a while I can understand the issues but over the past 6 weeks the service has been abysmal. Always sang Nationwide’s praises but this is making me want to change banks… #unhappy
