Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.   @AskNationwide Tryint to transfer money on app and being asked to use card reader. I have never had a card reader on my account. Is this the same IT update error which happened a few months ago. When is this being fixed?

  Absolutely disgusted at the service i've received from @AskNationwide this morning. Cant send any money cause you've decided to do a card reader security check. The card reader that I havent used in 6 years even though ive passed ID and security checks
