@AskNationwide Good morning, I’ve attempted to make an additional payment to my EDF account, it was declined 3 times. I then opened my online banking account to see it is being processed 3 times, due to a payments issue with yourselves. How can I stop all 3 payments being made?

@AskNationwide You don't understand my frustration. You're not in hotel accommodation, which if not paid for by 12pm, you could be evicted from with nowhere else to live, and with an extra 12.5% VAT to be paid from now on if the stay is not continuous. Fix the problem and quickly.

@AskNationwide anyone waiting for payments I sent a payment at 06:45 to Halifax it has just cleared. Hopefully this might help some of you….more than NW are anyway :(. Please complain if this has affected you.

@AskNationwide ASAP is lovely and all but the late fees I incur for payments that should have been made without issue is going to impact me, I'm on maternity leave and can't afford the additional charges through no fault of my own!
