    @AskNationwide are you having issues with your online banking app. I’m trying to amend a standing order but keep getting told I’ve entered incorrect details when that isn’t the case.

    @AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

    @AskNationwide applying for a mortgage and need to speak to someone about the application. Been on hold for 30mins+. In that time I have separately called my current lender and solicitor to sort everything out and I'm still on hold! Bad idea switching given service so far??

    @Cryptotalj @AskNationwide 4 months weve been waiting nearly 5 so dont expect them to hurry. Ive been using #nationwidetheives for a while because they are shaddy as ****, same excuses time and again. Very dishonest from all levels

    Why @AskNationwide isn't your online Flex Account application system working ? why tell folk they can apply online when the bloody thing won't let you go through the steps to apply ?? why do the drop doen choice boxes not work properly ??

    @AskNationwide 08000510154. This morning, the website says it opens at 8am. I rang at 8 o'clock on the dot, and again five minutes later. The same thing happened both times.

    @AskNationwide Sadly they did not offer this service! The branch manager was helpful and we managed to sort out some of what we needed to do. But time consuming (hanging on phone then travelling to branch) distressing and still unresolved. Just overall disappointing.

    @AskNationwide @lewhbarker 5 working days turned into over 4 weeks for me FYI, Nationwide have gone downhill so fast. Stay away @lewhbarker for your own sanity.
