    @AskNationwide are you having issues with your online banking app. I’m trying to amend a standing order but keep getting told I’ve entered incorrect details when that isn’t the case.

    @AskNationwide no payment received for Universal Credit! You should be shamed with customer and not sorry. The system crashes twice in 10 days? Do you know what a bank is? I started to be confused now if considering you a bank or just a pain for customers.

    @biceps1001 @AskNationwide Well today is payday and no funds have been added to my account. There have been difficulties with Nationwide since about the 21-22 December. It’s now the 31st and despite these ‘issues being deemed as resolved’ and processed. It doesn’t seem to be the case.

    It's payday...wait no it's not because @AskNationwide have issues processing payments. AGAIN! Not good enough. Can't keep being let down by my bank, time to look elsewhere I think!

    @AskNationwide as a result of your problem with delayed payments is there now a risk that my mortgage payment won’t be sent that is then recorded as a late payment on my credit score?

    @AskNationwide my food shopping has just been cancelled due to this “payment delay” this is my full New Year’s Day dinner!!!! What am I going to do as I’m working all day today so don’t have time to go buy it and the shops are shut tomorrow???? This is absolutely ridiculous!!

    @AskNationwide will you still make payments to DDs even if there are insufficient funds in my account due to the problems you currently have? My salary is due today and I rely on this to cover payments that are due now.

    @kizz_90xX @AskNationwide Yes totally agree. Terrible that you and many others are going through this and they should also put a notice that there will be no penalties incurred and all payments to be honoured. Hope it is sorted quickly for you
