@AskNationwide We cannot use our cards or cashpoint, that is a LIE, If the money isn't showing in our accounts how can we use the cashpoint. Nationwide could have set a temporary fix so we could instead they have left vulnerable people in a dire situation. Sorry does not put food in bellies.

@AskNationwide This is ridiculous! I'm at work and transferred money in at 9am to cover DDS, but I had to beg a family member to go and put cash in my account so as not to bounce them! Exactly the same problem as before, I might take my banking elsewhere after being let down twice!

@AskNationwide @TheFCA 3rd (known) time in a matter of weeks that Nationwide has had issues with payments and have not provided a proper explanation or mitigation strategy to prevent it happening again… please investigate!

I know it’s not ideal what’s happening at @AskNationwide - I’m affected as well, but, please don’t be abusing the staff, either on here, on the phone or in person in Branches. This is OUR Building Society, they are OUR staff. We are better than this. They are working to fix it

@AskNationwide I have been waiting to pay for on line shopping aswell was expecting money in today and am isolating.Any idea when this issue will be resolved ??? And I suggest compensation for all your customers maybe a good idea as it is the third time in 3 weeks
