Hi @AskNationwide I've been waiting 10 weeks now to get storm damage fixed through our house insurance. Can you advise when contacting @financialombuds should my complaint be against @rsagroup who underwrite or the policy supplier? Customer service has been utterly dismal

Now, @AskNationwide... I've been with you 10 years, and have never used phone banking, only online. It's now 2022, and there's no way to replace my broken debit card without ringing you (needing a phone banking ID I didn't know I had and having to set up a new one). 1/2

@AskNationwide Hi - we’ll I just phoned again & spoke to Jackie who immediately understood there is a technical problem with my policy & said this needed to be sorted before renewal. She has promised to get back to me asap after she’s spoken to the technical team
