@AskNationwide 20mins yesterday and 16 mins (so far) waiting on someone to pick up a call is UNACCEPTABLE. This is not a service that is fit for purpose. This needs to be sorted @financialombuds #mortageworks

Shout out for Ella @AskNationwide in Hitchin x it took less than five minutes to change my account into my new married name x unlike @_Railcards who want me to cut up my current card and send them the pieces before they’ll issue a new one - you couldn’t make it up

Hugely disappointed with @AskNationwide .... usually their customer service team are excellent The guy on the phone, just now, simply lied to me and generally didn't have a clue Funny because the guy in the complaints team was brilliant
