Miguela (@blackhairbub) reported@AskNationwide I'm not receiving push notifications. My phone is set to receive notifications, but you aren't pushing them out. There is nothing in the notification history screen on the app. Clearly, you're not pushing notifs. How can I escalate this issue?

David Powell (@Powell_Property) reported@TheAA_UK @AskNationwide my car disgraced itself on the mot ramp and needed a tow to a repair garage. You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!
