@AskNationwide Yes, not much use when you need urgent help and have already waited 4 weeks for a response that should only take 7 working days. Waited 3 times that and still nothing. Hearing from complaints team in 5 days / a letter in the post isn’t going to help me really.

@AskNationwide received my travel insurance flex plus. Told to go to website. Medical bit doesn’t work. Tried to ring.gave up after 30 min. Tried main number. Your rep tried. She couldn’t get through. What’s going on?

@AskNationwide taking over 4 wks to get a response from the post offer team due to nationwide administration errors and incompetence. At risk of our house purchase falling through. Still waiting for a reply, told something different everyday. Apparently nothing can be done? #joke

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@AskNationwide Have already logged a complaint, have been told nothing can be done and complaints take 5 working days to process. Unless that information is wrong like the previous things I’ve been told? What’s another week when you’ve waiting 4.. that’s if I still have a house to actually buy.
