    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried phoning and been hung up on as it says I’m not registered to telephone banking. I need to access my account as I’ve got payments I need to make. The card that says I need to put in to the card reader isn’t my card.

    @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service
