    @AskNationwide I need help in these difficult times, I'd quite like my overdraft interest rate to be dropped from FORTY PERCENT down to something a little more reasonable.. but that would involve you actually caring rather than just virtue signalling.

    @AskNationwide can’t transfer money between accounts, receiving a ‘We’re sorry, currently experiencing technical problem’ issue. And please no ‘systems are operating normally’ replies as I see others are having the same issue.

    @AskNationwide That's not good enough. It should be credited first thing on next working day. That money is for bills going out of my account today and as you sent text money has to be in by 1430 it is totally unacceptable. Going to complain to the banking authority.

    Can anyone help! My @AskNationwide mortgage record stopped appearing on my @ClearScore account. Tried Clearscore, tried Equifax. No one seems to be able to tell me why. Checked address was exactly the same as other accounts (which are appearing). Any ideas?!
