@CaraWilliams09 @AskNationwide Yep they are lying. I can't use my card or withdraw cash because they don't care enough about their customers to put a temporary fix in place for people to access their cash whilst they fix the problem. I can guarantee they swill not be treating companies and corps like that.

@_mike_chambers_ @AskNationwide @CityAM "“As a result of extremely high volumes of transactions on the first working day of the year we took the decision to temporarily queue inbound faster payments” Did they make the money in the queue listen to Vivaldi? With reminders about “your payment is very important to us"

@AskNationwide I tried calling Nationwide to inquire how long it will before payments go through. It's not good enough just to say ASAP. I was put in a telephone queue to wait 20 minutes. No other bank has issues. When will this be sorted so that I can access my money please?

@AskNationwide I want to book in for an appointment in branch - tried calling and just keep getting cut off. I'm (hoping to be) a new customer so don't direct me to online banking - Can you tell me how to do this if no calls are being taken? Thanks.

@AskNationwide I have tried to sen a payment from my NW current account to another. It has left my NW but not been received. Is this latest issue now more than incoming payments only?

@AskNationwide You need to remove this pinned tweet. You are not helping or supporting and your copy/paste messages are insulting. You cannot keep saying ASAP when it has been 8 hours without access to my money.

@AskNationwide come on! It’s about time you got on top of this. Your tweets provide no explanation as to why we are repeatedly experiencing delays. Give your customers the information they deserve. 30+ years as a customer and I am ready to walk.

@AskNationwide This isn’t helpful when the cause of peoples money problems is your inability to process payments into their accounts repeatedly.
