    @AskNationwide This 'housekeeping' practice needs to stop. Twice in the past few months it has caused me problems in delayed payment when a bona fide payee has just disappeared from my account. This is *MY* data and you do not have my permission to delete it as and when you feel fit. Disgusting

    @AskNationwide As a single parent who works for the NHS, having had £3000 taken out my account just before Xmas (in error or as fraud - who knows as no one will actually speak to me @TUIUK) I am so grateful.

    @AskNationwide Thanks but none of these options are available via the app for some reason and I can’t remember my full login details for internet banking or telephone banking so I guess I’ll leave it for a bit

    Classic edge case software error with @AskNationwide app just now. Logged in just before midnight, select to pay a bill, "technical" error thrown because it pre-fills the pay date which, by the time you press confirm button, is *yesterday's* date. 😕

    @PerryRJones @AskNationwide @jeffprestridge Issue was my late father was sole Original attorney and Mum ticked the "Jointly and Severally" box. Now my brother and I are Replacement attorneys, yet Nationwide claim we can only act Jointly!
