    @AskNationwide hi, is there a problem with the verification system? I’ve been asked a few times to verify payments, but then when I have done, the original website says I need to verify. It’s seemingly every site I’m going on

    @AskNationwide is there any known issues with the mobile app when verifying payments the app notifies you to approve payment, it's supposed to take you back to the page but just keeps telling you to log in with pass number all the time having to use card reader to approve

    Just spent an hour sorting gym membership payments out, thanks to @AskNationwide 's atrocious "hassle free switching service". My advice, stick with your current bank it's not worth the hassle.
