    @mellowmark @SkyNewsBreak @AskNationwide Were you born in the US? Or anything similar? Even on a flight? MASSIVE issue with all banks with IRS coming after some ppl who didn't realise they were us citizens. Banks naturally don't want to argue with IRS so knee jerk reactions

    @AskNationwide Hi Heather no I don’t as virgin my main bank don’t provide them. I am Guessing that I am now going to have to wait 7-10 days before having access to transfer the funds over 🙄

    @AskNationwide i need assistance Asap and your emergency number is bull!! . Doesnt work then when I ring again its on hold for 5 mins minimum. I better be reimbursed after I pay a fee every month and have been loyal customer for 20+ years, and you give me **** service. Fuming.

    @1985Deanne I suggest the local banks and building societies. I used to work for Nationwide and they had a great apprentice scheme. With your daughter's experience of working in Barnardo's she must have good customer service skills so would be well placed to work in a @AskNationwide branch.

    @AskNationwide Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. I'm all for supporting the blind and partially sighted,but did you think to test the card for standard use? The position of the dots makes it pretty much impossible to have any kind of legible/accurate signature on the signature strip.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I can`t access my mortgage manager as it says the details don`t match . I did contact the number given two weeks ago but this problem cannot be resolved. Its getting a bit of a joke now!
