@AskNationwide you offer online fixed rate Bond which are easy to open but trying to get access to online banking with you after this process is near impossible.I've given up and gone to @santanderuk who have been more than helpful.This process needs addressing for a new customer

@AskNationwide switched after the new reward and met criteria but didnt get full amount? Told there's nothing they're willing to do about it. Not the best way to welcome a new customer. False advertising 🚫

@AskNationwide switching my direct debit/bill paying account from monzo to you. As saw switching offer and also I wasn't 100% happy with monzo anyway past couple years. Got my account info in text over weekend and some emails but no customer number. How do I sign into the app?
