    @AskNationwide Whats the point as everyone has the same issue not me, why not just do the decent thing and tweet that the maintenance is causing card problems, rather than make out that its us thats causing the problems

    @AskNationwide This is shambolic. You say you put a notification on the app yesterday that ppl wouldn’t have access to their current a/c for half of today?! That’s not notice! This is exceptionally poor comms and not an emergency. Where’s the contingency plan for customers?

    @AskNationwide not happy cant access my savings I had no notice on my app about maintenance so now I'm short I need to go get food for my children and Ur refusing access to my funds that's theft and I would imagine the financial ombudsman would agree with me

    @AskNationwide I can see the icon , but when i click on it the blue wheel spins round for a minute , saying "establishing secure connection" , then goes to the "request timed out" message . Oh AND the desktop internet banking is down too , won't let me access it on my laptop !!

    @AskNationwide Hey 👋 Just noticed a number of payments made yesterday (4th March) and today (5th March) are showing up in the app as though they’re happening tomorrow (6th March). Not a big issue, but seems wrong. Not sure if related to the maintenance earlier?

    @AskNationwide @Terryblyth1 What a ridiculous way to let clients know. It would only have been seen if your customer logged onto the app. If they didn’t, they would have no idea. Someone needs reprimanding over this half arsed policy

    @AskNationwide Thanks Mel , I'll try rebooting the phone in a bit and see if that helps. although it obviously doesn't explain why I can't access the desktop site on my MacBook , things that make you go hmmm ...

    @AskNationwide It's also effecting taking cash out of the machine as well. I managed to pay something fine about an hour ago however now it's not working. Just so you know

    @AskNationwide @clairekassimy Maintenance every ******* weekend? Its not last millennium when there was no work at the weekends. Lots of people do and need to be able to have access to their money. You truly are the worst bank about

    @AskNationwide Judging by recent tweets (scroll down even a few), none of that is happening for a lot of your customers right now…. I can’t move money on the app certainly right now
