    @AskNationwide your customer services are a joke. I cannot get to speak to an actual human being and your app doesn't help either. Is talking to an actual human something you do or not? 2 unauthorised payments have gone out of my account and you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃

    1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.
