    @markb27 @AskNationwide its ridiculous, if it was a one off i could understand but its a regular occurence; at one point will @AskNationwide actually fix the tech problems for good instead of papering over cracks with poor tactical solutions that last 5 minutes?

    @AskNationwide stop with all the meaningless community **** in your branches and actually resource them properly. So bored of always having to queue for 20 or 30 mins in Haywards Heath branch.

    @AskNationwide You obviously are having issues because payments / transfers keep getting declined. Typical on a day when bills etc have to be paid !

    @AskNationwide Do you have a status page for known issues. I can't transfer payments today to someone I know and have transferred to before. Payment is then corrected and returned.
