    @AskNationwide is beyond useless. Every single time I use my nationwide account there is an issue with payments. I’m closing my account.

    3. @AskNationwide complete our list, they’re offering £100 or £125 to switch to either the Flex, FlexDirect or FlexPlus account. Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

    @AskNationwide totally disgusted with your lack of communication. An existing mortgage customer should not have to wait 24 business days for a resolution. 15 phone calls made, one escalation and a formal complaint lodged. Not one call back from your staff. #shambles
