    @AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

    @AskNationwide very intrusive process logging into my account online just now. Question after question. ¿Who ******** thought this was a good idea? After the interrogation had to login again

    @AskNationwide Having to come into branch to prove I am a human being, and then unable to report more than 1 fraud activity, even though there are 33. Couldn't report anything in app. Such a poor service, but I'm not surprised.

    Is @AskNationwide having a bit of a nightmare? Last night I couldn’t make an online banking payment (it went through OK this morning) and now a ticketing site can’t contact them.
