    @AskNationwide My payment has been received! Just transferred the last of my money into my nationwide account for a food shop and it's not went in and your customer service line is closed. Can someone please help? Need food u know 😑

    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    Shocking from @AskNationwide yet again. Payments not going into my account again, seemingly a universal problem, and they’re only giving vague, useless replies that help no one. Avoid like the plague, an absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide Never in my life have I waited 2 hours. Just admit the systems are down YET AGAIN. It needs sorted asap I’m left with no wages tonight and unable to buy food shopping and gifts!!!!
