@AskNationwide Thanks. Card frequently being declined on @on_lothianbuses when trying to travel despite sufficient funds in account. Wasn’t sure if it was my card or fault with contactless system. @on_lothianbuses are other customers having issues with contactless pay?

. @AskNationwide I was affected by the national outage, why am I not in receipt of compensation. You can check for yourself. It was a tiny amount but all I had and I tried to transfer it because I didn't have my card and needed to buy a sugary drunk for a diabetic companion.

  • MelanieOwen66 Melanie Owen (@MelanieOwen66) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve tried live chat and by telephone and there hasn’t been any fraudulent activity or any unusual activity on my account. I’m caring for elderly parents, working full time and now I’m expected to find time to change all my card details on shopping sites etc.

  • MelanieOwen66 Melanie Owen (@MelanieOwen66) reported

@AskNationwide Been sent a new flex account card “just because” which expires 3 months after current one which I neither want nor need & no activity on my account. Customer care reps don’t care that I’m closing all my accounts after 30 years of banking. Thanks Nationwide.

@AskNationwide About you giving costmers £60 to those who were affected after the outage but only on January 4, so forgetting your customers who had the issue in December!

  • craig_hasler Craig Hasler (@craig_hasler) reported

@AskNationwide I have seen you have paid £60 to some customers who couldn’t access their money. Is everyone that was affected eligible ?
