    @AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

    @AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

    @AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

    @AskNationwide Have a very simple question to ask, which doesn't feature on your website or on telephone options. How do I get an answer seeing as you closed my branch last year? #nationwide

    @AskNationwide She tried this number and as it's automated it couldn't help and told her to go to a branch.

    @AskNationwide Ive just made a payment to an online store a frequently order from. I had to confirm it was me after putting in my new card details which I did. But I go back to the website and my order didn't go through but the money was taken. I emailed their customer service

    @AskNationwide home insurance&emergency cover.what having i actually been paying for? pipe bursts and floods 3 floors of my home. i have no water, heating or electric and have been left to sit here for 24 hours with NO contractors sent to help or emergency accommodations. WOW🤯🤬
