    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Are there problems with using Google pay etc? I've tried using my phone over the last couple of days and it's not working. Card still in date, money in bank to cover.

    @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Why would they reward someone who just has an account and pays no money in? You are not a good customer for them. Otherwise the whole country would open one to get the free ยฃ100.

    @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

    @AskNationwide This is exactly why Iโ€™ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People donโ€™t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
