  @AskNationwide Hi. Are there problems with using Google pay etc? I've tried using my phone over the last couple of days and it's not working. Card still in date, money in bank to cover.

  @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

  @AskNationwide why at least once a month does my mortgage disappear from my app and the only way to fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its getting very annoying

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

  @AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.

  @AskNationwide @RLHobs I agree with this.The app is awful and I have reported it several times, nobody takes a blind bit of notice. The IT people at Nationwide are useless.
