    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide I need some help with the account switch service your leaflet clearly states if I change my mind I have 7 days from the date of the switch but I have called to delay it today and been told it cannot be delayed & I cannot speak to anyone about this!

    @AskNationwide And not be picky but it’s now called the FCA! Googling FSA will only take you to the Food Standards Agency and don’t think they can help with banking matters.

    @AskNationwide hi, a company has told me that they'll automatically charge my debit card and don't give me means to prevent this transaction without spending money calling a phone line. Is there a way Nationwide can block them taking automatic payments as I don't consent to it?

    @AskNationwide I've just reported my nw credit card lost. A new 9ne is on the way but the address associated with the credit card is incomplete .. my flexplus AC does have the full address. Can you fix before new cc is posted ?

    @AskNationwide The response to secure messages through the PC app can be slow. Asked for card to be unlocked, which they did not do, vbut asked questions. Reply has not been responded to for hours, even though they know they are blocking my card. Support is slow

    @AskNationwide Maybe you need to find out the relative information and relay it to your customers rather than just passing the book. I’m a nationwide paying customer and you supplied the insurance as part of a fee paying account. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask you to find out
