@AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

Just spent an hour sorting gym membership payments out, thanks to @AskNationwide 's atrocious "hassle free switching service". My advice, stick with your current bank it's not worth the hassle.

@AskNationwide I set up a new current account in branch yesterday. Was sent a message this morning telling me it is now active. Check app not showing. Seems I have been given a different customer number tk the one I already have.

@AskNationwide My account was switched to you today. Been on the phone 3 times trying to get help to get to online banking. Absolutely useless, wish I hadn’t switched.

@AskNationwide Problem with declining my card (prob want me to call and verify, again) but when I call I can only reach a message saying "Call back during normal opening hours". If y'all are going to freeze my card shouldn't somebody @AskNationwide be available to take care of it?

@AskNationwide Yeah, and after I’ve verified, I click ‘continue’ on the website, and it comes up with ‘you need to verify’ again. An endless loop. It’s happened on several sites, which indicates the issue is at your end

@AskNationwide What's point having 'customer helpline' when no staff to answer??? Am unable to read my debit card but can I speak to a person about this? How does this fit with your commitment to assist all regardless of need???

@AskNationwide They did get through again but I still can’t access any of my money in spite of them saying it would be sorted. Everyone was really helpful but your processes are so slow in restoring your service. Gonna set up another account with another bank as a back up now.
