Lorna (@lozunicorn) reported from Dumbarton, Scotland@AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.
-
Ian Hanley (@hanleyi) reported from Greenock, Scotland@AskNationwide Hi. Are there problems with using Google pay etc? I've tried using my phone over the last couple of days and it's not working. Card still in date, money in bank to cover.

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reportedIt makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!
-
Al (@Alimarielen) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Nationwide are the most awful bank and investors. Mt Daughter trust fund came back as just over £500. All her friends have over £1000. Not a good entry for your boy into trying to navigate finance
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
-
kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported@MattyCanPic @AskNationwide Im having a very similar problem , also funds not transferring from savings account.

Don Calogero (@Hengist123) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A lot of people took out £100 savings in every building society in the age of carpetbaggers trying to close them down, in the hope of a huge windfall.
