  @AskNationwide just received a letter from you stating you’re removing my overdraft and you’re giving me 30 days to pay it off??? Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

  @AskNationwide Unfortunately there are very few ways to talk with you when an issue arises. Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
