    @AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

    @AskNationwide poor service at your Bognor Branch. Covid is no excuse for bad service, it is not acceptable to make customers wait unnecessarily! 3 staff standing & talking doing nothing, customers waiting and only 1 cashier working! #poorservice #needtoimprove

    @AskNationwide I think I out the envelope into the wrong slot. But it should have been returned with an option to put it into the correct slot. Instead, it kept the envelope, said transaction failed. The ATM no longer working.

    @AskNationwide card declined (plenty of funds), you have changed your phone number from the back of my card, and then I can't get you on the phone. I presume you will refund my credit card charge for withdrawing cash, or are happy for me to withdraw my custom. Shocking service!

    @Visa @AskNationwide @RoughRunners who’s responsible for my refund? I paid £289 to Roughrunner for 10 tickets in 2020! Event was cancelled then Rough Runner went into liquidation. My bank have said as each item is under £100 I’m not covered by section 75. Any help?

    @AskNationwide it’s been over a week now and still I can’t use my app I have no idea what money I have or don’t have I can’t pay bills. This is disgusting no support or help from nationwide at all.

    @British_Airways your website is terrible, thank you for taking a flight transaction twice - you've now bricked my card because of your error, and @AskNationwide no one to talk to on a Sunday? Your website time tables for my issue are "open" but you hang up on me every time.

    @AskNationwide trying to pay my bills but the app keeps crashing every time a notification comes for payment approval. Always issues when my wages come in!
