@Moneybox my son was drugged and bank cards swapped. Then tricked into trying to draw cash and PIN numbers stolen. @AskNationwide are refusing to refund him. It’s a very long story but nationwide have let him down as they are not doing what they should. Please can someone help?

@thealexfreed @AskNationwide Strangely unwilling to honour your obligations when money is stolen from your customers. It’s like they are robbed twice. Once by the thief. Once more by your fraud team who refuse to help.

@AskNationwide Dear NW your 2 yr fixed rate bond is quoted at 3.5% on your website but a general search of best buys shows Nationwide at 4%. Please explain.
