@AskNationwide I do but I do not have any money and no one I can ask for help from. This really is awful for people how live month to month, who rely on getting there money. I saw people replied to me who are without electric. A reason would be the least nationwide could do now

@AskNationwide @KeithClyde69 You can't put a timescale on a fix yet your text about there not being enough funds in my account tells me I have to rectify that by 2.30pm! 1 rule for you and another for us so called "valued" customers.

@AskNationwide @biminibabes Stop all the frilly stuff and concentrate on the important things like ensuring your customers are getting THEIR wages etc. Why has a statement not been released by your CEO ? Absolutely shocking service.
