  @AskNationwide I’ve just tried the call centre to sort an issue. I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - I need to speak to someone but can't get through.

  @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
