    @AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!

You really need to rethink your ad policy, &/or hire another agency.
