    @AskNationwide Apparently, I do. After two days, I got a reply telling me that I need to call or use my internet banking details. Did I waste my time doing this form? I'm also confused, as I'm not a Nationwide customer, your ATM just stole my card... I don't have those details.

    @AskNationwide Hi I used the switch service to move to your bank last Thursday and so far haven’t received a welcome package or customer number to log into online banking. I’ve got my sort code and account number and also my application reference number.
