@AskNationwide I’ve just signed up for a joint account with my partner. I already have a flex account and savings account with you and have online banking set up. I’ve been given a new customer number for the new account but will I be able to add it to my existing online banking?

@AskNationwide I have just called and the message said you are not open until 9am, so there is an issue somewhere! Your link took me to a nationwide page, not an option to chat? I’m getting very frustrated as my house purchase will fall through unless I make this payment

@AskNationwide A complaint gas been raised but that takes 5 working days to get a response. In the meantime I have failed DDs abs incurring default notice charges and putting my interest free rates at risk as it appears I am not payi g my bills. Had absolutely no response from the switch team
