@AskNationwide Good evening. Been on hold for almost half an hour now. I appreciate you’re sorry for the delay and that you will be happy to help me when the call is answered. However, do we have any idea when this is likely to happen?

@AskNationwide Thanks Diane. It’s setting up the app on my new phone. Using card reader, go though all that and an error message appears. Seems to have worked now though. Thanks for a fast response!

@AskNationwide This needs to be done NOW. I cannot even access my account to check if there are any issues! Because it takes 24 hours to check. Not even raised/queried as an issue! Pretty angry right now!

@AskNationwide Is it right that when your ATM takes a £220 deposit and then the ATM comes up with an error, the branch refuse to reimburse you and tell you to go to the police?

Been with @AskNationwide for nearly 30 years and yet haven’t been compensated for not being able to access my own money. Time to move banks I wonder? They are taking the pee now compensating only some customers. How is that fair Nationwide? We were ALL affected.

@AskNationwide What about those of us who changed our finances *again* for this outage? Laughably, I switched my second current account to Nationwide on 31 Dec having been a member for over 15 years.

@AskNationwide Your phone service is utterly pathetic. How dare you pass a loyal customer around and then hang up on them. Especially when I am agreeing to a second mortgage with yourself. Just awful!!!

@AskNationwide Well turns out you could just change my mobile phone number and access it that way! There is literally no point calling your chat number. If @AskNationwide were taking this seriously surely I would have an email by now in response to the complaint and following up?THERE IS NOTHING.

@AskNationwide Why should I have to have multiple devices? I have been a customer for over 20 years and the service just gets worse every year. Perhaps if Nationwide invested in "modern" tech, not cobbled together stuff, tyhe tech might work. Stop blaming your customers
