@AskNationwide Good evening. Been on hold for almost half an hour now. I appreciate you’re sorry for the delay and that you will be happy to help me when the call is answered. However, do we have any idea when this is likely to happen?

@AskNationwide hi I've had a series of direct debits leave my account that I didn't approve. Can you help me regain my lost money?

@AskNationwide Thanks again Karen. I take your point but she (I) uploaded a copy of her drivers licence with the online application as proof of her ID. There is clearly an issue at your end. She has decided to go elsewhere because she’s getting nowhere with your organisation.

@AskNationwide Hi, yes I do and have sent a message via there. But the last two times I sent a message through this way, I got a standard response directing me to FAQs. I'm hoping someone can look specifically into this issue

@AskNationwide My replacement Debit card arrived today (13 July 2021) letter was dated 1 July 2021, please explain? Also why change card number. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is now going to be to update payees? I see no evidence to support this “security” measure

@AskNationwide That's all very well and good, but it's Sunday evening, someone is waiting for money and your help page says I can do this without a card reader.

@FredAtBootstrap @AskNationwide I appreciate it when they block a "suspicious" transaction and confirm with me first, but telling me "no, you can't spend your money on that perfectly legal thing" - yeah, big no for me.
