I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

@AskNationwide Yesterday, and I got an email this morning at 0703 from nationwide saying that it is not your issue and they have passed to RSA, RSA called again this morning repeating what they told me yesterday - basically all they do is follow your rules…and ask me to take up with you,again.
