@AskNationwide I have been a customer for over 20 years and have recently opened accounts for my children - I am disappointed you have no savings accounts for children under 16🙁can this be amended to enable children to understand the journey of saving??

@AskNationwide hi, are payments working? I’ve just sent money to two people and they appear in my online banking as paid, but the recipients have not received anything? One of the transactions was 4 hours ago.

@AskNationwide Hey, I'm travelling in India. My account has had transactions that were not authorised by me. Luckily the card has been blocked but I need to speak with someone about this. I can't phone or use the chat box. Any ideas how can I resolve this issue?
