Almost all our devices stolen whlile on honeymoon and @AskNationwide insurances requires you send forms in via post. In 2021. Way to be customer friendly.

@a7med7amoud @AskNationwide Yeah there must be doing it on my partners and she’s on public beta and it seems worse. Doing it on my 15.0 but that’s fixed with a restart 15.1 deffo broken.

@AskNationwide Thanks Jo, just tried that, no joy, keeps coming up with we're sorry we seem to experiencing a technical problem, restart app or check service availability. I restart the app using the button and get the same message after signing in

@AskNationwide Your website says Mortgage General Enquiries is open till 4pm. I’ve just been through the ‘press x for…’ only to be told to call back in normal hours?!
