    @AskNationwide Is your banking app working today? I've been trying to transfer money between accounts and set up standing orders and getting timeout message. Payment function always seems to be down

    @AskNationwide why are there CONSTANT issues with your bank? I have family in NEED and I’m unable to transfer money to them so they can eat tonight. I need access to MY MONEY!!! I will be switching banks next week, this is an ongoing issue with you and I’m sick of it

    @AskNationwide @RichardFewster Just now? It’s been that way for a few hours instead of telling people to reinstall the app which is not going to solve the problem how about the IT team actually deal with it
