@AskNationwide Did that Marcus. They couldn't answer the question... 🙄 Doesn't answer the question of why you got rid of email and didn't tell anyone. Forcing people to call during working hours when we're working ourselves & prob spend hrs in a queue. Not what you expect for 20 years loyalty.

@AskNationwide I’m not asking for information specific to my case, I’m asking how long is it presently taking, on average, to allocate case handlers to Visa credit card dispute. Your website says 2-4 weeks, which isn’t true. I’ve waited more than 6 weeks, and counting.

@AskNationwide I tried this. They said i needed to complete the online form. I explained that i am locked out of internet banking as it does not recognise my customer no. This is the third day without access to my funds, and follows a bereavement. I am hugely disappointed by nationwide.

@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@AskNationwide Hi Marcus - I discussed this with a customer service person via phone and was denied access to another person. I am so disappointed in your service. It is a little too late now as my account is closed and all access denied. Why did you not get in touch first?
