@AskNationwide I’ve given up, I do not have time to waste on hold to you. It’s a shame as I do all my banking/mortgages with the Nationwide, but this shocking service is making me rethink. I cannot believe you take more than 50 minutes to answer a helpline, totally unacceptable.

@AskNationwide as the many other customers have stated my credit card has also been declined numerous times tonight! Why not just say you have an issue? Instead we all look like we are at our limits 🙄 get it sorted!

@bygrhel @AskNationwide It took me over 20 minutes to get through by which time my shopping had been put back on the shelf I can't believe they did nothing to resolve or broadcast the problem, just expected customers to wait on the phone to sort it out themselves

@AskNationwide With all due respect your IT Team have been working on this issue for a month and still haven’t managed to resolve it - many customers are being impacted and have lost online access to credit card accounts. It’s far from ideal I agree and frankly unacceptable.

@AskNationwide I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes to your “helpline”, what’s going on. My credit card has been declined for no reason. Do you have technical problems and if so, why are you not publicizing it? Shocking service!
