@AskNationwide hi my Debit card seems to have stopped working in the majority of ATMs, chip and pin still working but cant withdraw cash. I dont see anywhere to order new card on my app only lost and stolen cards.

24 hours later @AskNationwide still has our money. Your mistake has lead to a significant financial impact on our lives and you have done nothing to escalate the issue to resolve it. I'm on hold, again, to try and get our money back. Imagine if I delayed paying my mortgage.

@AskNationwide I want to take mobile insurance for my new 12 pro max that i got on a contract for my sister with 02. Me and my sister have swapped phones so i will be putting my Vodafone pay monthly sim in the 12 pro max which is 02 unlocked. Will this be a problem?

@AskNationwide Just tried on my laptop. 100% problem is with your 3D secure verification step. After I verify the message on NW app, Amex logs me out. I do not have time to talk to your team. I will use another bank account.

@AskNationwide your website and app is so stressful I've changed my address manually a month ago and today tried to shut down my ISA and the website crashed so I have no idea if my account is actually getting closed or if any paperwork will be sent to my correct address 😶
