    @AskNationwide @j_cassin12 Short delay? Like it was before Christmas when we were left without money with no updates, no indication of what was going on, no explanation of what actually happened, and now a just over a week later you have issues again?

    @AskNationwide Criticism not aimed at twitter team, just your greedy processes that are slow to raise saver rates but QUICK to grab mortgage rate increases. SKIPTON increases its saver rates much quicker to help its customers in these tough times.

    @AskNationwide trying to view statements from 2021 (tax return). PDFs not working. Every link broken. Ditto PDFs for 2022. Can’t see further back than Oct 21 in online version. Still not fixed since reporting 3 days ago. PLEASE FIX.

    @AskNationwide This is simply not true - you tell lies and deliberately provide bad service. It’s time for a change at the top with a new board who are customer focused and honest.

    @AskNationwide #1 My elderly parents: mum - housebound & dad main carer had a joint savings account. During the pandemic my sister was allowed to access the account as a third party but recently told she couldn’t. @MartinSLewis @Moneybox

    Went to E/Port @AskNationwide today. Only one customer in, however failed to get service. The woman at the till told me to wait at a service desk as she was just on the till. Waited 10 mins while an old lady waffled on about free eye tests. Ended up walking out. Terrible service
