@AskNationwide @j_cassin12 Short delay? Like it was before Christmas when we were left without money with no updates, no indication of what was going on, no explanation of what actually happened, and now a just over a week later you have issues again?

@AskNationwide Unfortunately as it wasn’t direct debits i imagine you’ll say no. All i wanted was access to my money when i needed it, ended up having to ask my mother in law to pay it…. Guess what? She couldn’t… Nationwide too!

@AskNationwide Why should I have to have multiple devices? I have been a customer for over 20 years and the service just gets worse every year. Perhaps if Nationwide invested in "modern" tech, not cobbled together stuff, tyhe tech might work. Stop blaming your customers

@AskNationwide About you giving customers £60 to those who were affected after the outage but only on January 4, so forgetting your customers who had the issue in December!
