    @AskNationwide been a customer 25 years. phoned for advise on new mortgage & told no ERC payable when purchasing house. Told to apply online, as we had just gone back into lockdown. 3 months on charged ERC despite ringing when received redemption statement! Useless!!

    @AskNationwide afternoon team, just a quick question. So I paid money into my account using the cash machine outside of branch to help cover my overdraft but I don't see the funds on my account. Is it because it was bank hol yesterday it will add on an additional day?

    @AskNationwide have always been a loyal customer but today your #CustomerService was absolutely appalling and an example of what organisations shouldn’t be doing during Covid .. hours lost simply trying to resolve a simple issue #customerservicefail

    @AskNationwide Hello, I wondered if you had an idea when we can use the Post Office for certain transactions? Being down to one car & listed as Clinically Vulnerable it would have been extremely useful during the Lockdowns. Along with our Lincoln branch being shut for refurb.

    @AskNationwide I'm very disappointed with your sevice from "Laura" on your phone line. You've blocked my account for the second time in 4 months for a genuine purchase and this is the third call and she would not help me at all. Complaint sent to FCA.
