I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? RichieDabbs (@rdaborn) reported@AskNationwide I don't usually say this sort of thing but I logged into my online bank and the layout and format change of one of the most ghastly awful changes I have seen of this type. The old layout was clear, detailed and had everything to hand. The new one.
