    @AskNationwide I got a new phone 3 days ago and ever since, when I’m trying to register/log into the mobile banking app it won’t let me. It keeps saying that you’re currently experiencing a technical problem. Is this the case? Thanks

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.
