    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide great bank put £80 in my account with your card machine and taken it off me not great as a your online help was shocking

    Hi @AskNationwide The app isn’t working for me either! It hasn’t been working since last night. Keeps saying “Something went wrong”. I have restarted the app and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t work.

    @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

    Not sure if it's @TheAA_UK or @AskNationwide who are not great but after 18 years breaking down on the motorway and being told someone will be here in 4 hrs when your 15 mins from Edinburgh is blowing my mind!!!!

    @AskNationwide I wrote to them as someone that had very much been part of Pride celebrations in the past, but who felt unable to support the incarnation that @AskNationwide was promoting, by the way. /end

    @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
