    @AskNationwide I'm having issues logging into my current account for the first time after setting it up. The one time code sent via text message is incorrect. I have tried multiple times.

    Sad state of affairs when I believe I have had to block calls from my own building society. Or people who claim to be from @AskNationwide who persistently call but oddly won’t give out their personal details yet insist I provide mine.

    @AskNationwide when are you planning to increase interest rates on your 1 year triple access online saver for current customers? New customers appear to be getting 1.5% but my account is still at 0.50%.thanks
