    @AskNationwide Ibrahim from @Morrisons Customer Services, during the (recorded) 32 minute (most of that on hold) call that I made to him at exactly 10:00 yesterday (16/10/22). He then emailed me the evidence and said sent it to to hence my call to you this morning

    @AskNationwide The last time I used your help service via my online account, it was a proper helpdesk; I'd leave a message and one of your excellent advisers would respond in a day or so. Now you've gone the way of the "bot"; can't understand the most basic questions...

    @AskNationwide trainline basket timed out but kept tickets. When i tried again I bought double without realising. Tickets are non-refundable. Can nationwide help with this? cost over £200.
