@AskNationwide having a difficult time getting answers & clarity regarding my mortgage, how’s best to contact to get help, as you don’t have anyone in branch to speak to face to face anymore and your call centres don’t take calls regarding mortgages after “normal working hours”?

  • simonjjtaylor Simon Taylor (@simonjjtaylor) reported

@AskNationwide I wanted to send you a simple message. You've turned the message option off. I don't want to deal with your call centre as its always awful. The chatbot service you've replaced it with doesn't load. Can you pls tell your mortgage team to stop ringing me ref 70589051130. TY
