@Claire11152715 @AskNationwide Their system is definitely down again, but instead of just holding their hands up, apologising and admitting it they are trying to play it off to everyone. Terrible service, at least be direct with those using it!

@AskNationwide And there we are...a robotic response. Mike people like myself are vulnerable and have special needs, the uncertainty and robotic replies are making things worse. Please can someone at nationwide just be honest and acknowledge there's an issue.?

@AskNationwide Never in the 6 years we have been with you have they ever been delayed at all. Always in at 0015 hours. I don’t believe for a second that there isn’t any problems. I do hope my bills get paid, my food order gets paid and I can get fuel at 0600 for my child’s hospital apt !

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Waiting here on 2 payments, always in by 0030. It's ok to keep repeating the same reply over and over, but the number of tweets you are getting indicates that there IS an issue and I'm disappointed that @AskNationwide suggests otherwise.

@AskNationwide I see lots of people asking if there is an error in payments and you telling people no issues there must be my wages have not gone in always in by 00.30 at the latest
