    @AskNationwide when I try and use the 'save it' button on the app its just booting me out of the app and not saving the spare change. Can someone tell me how to a) fix it Or b) turn the save it function off. Thanks in advance

    @AskNationwide **Stay clear of Nationwide** You’re outdoing yourselves with incompetence today - now asking for a form on the day we’re supposed to draw down mortgage funds that you could have asked for at least two weeks ago. Still no contact from complaints dept either. Awful, awful business!

    @AskNationwide Yes all up to date. Still working ok on my ipad, just seems to have wiped itself on my iphone.

    @AskNationwide hi, I wonder if anyone can help, my new cars has been showing on the app since March, still haven't received it yet and it expires in a week. Honestly though it would be here by now and it's affecting my clearpay account. Any help would be great. Thanks x

    @AskNationwide Just tried to do that, but was unable to get past the select all point. Unfortunately I have to be somewhere else shortly, so will have to try again later. Will I be able to come back to thus thread later? Thank you for your help.

    @hwallop @KirstieMAllsopp My local @AskNationwide building society reduced it’s opening hours throughout lockdown and was often shut when I wanted to enter. Then sent me a letter explaining they were closing down due to lack of use.

    @AskNationwide The other thing that _I_ have long requested, is the ability to send secure messages via the app. Currently, these can only be created and read via the website which is such a faff to log into for this purpose. Similary with the Feedback Form.
