@AskNationwide Oh yes, everything is now working normally until next payday when the problem will happen again!! It's honestly not good enough and your pathetic robotic responses to your customers genuine concerns is downright despicable.

@AskNationwide Of course the customer can always call back, as long as they don't mind waiting in a phone queue. But that just wastes everyone time. The basic problem is this: Nationwide is asking for customer information when the customer has no way to confirm its Nationwide asking

@AskNationwide There's no point in complaining All I'll get will be a reply full of platitudes and meaningless empty words. Can't tell you how disappointed I am in Nationwide and it's management letting us all down again so badly again. Very very poor. A terrible advert for mutuality.

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Already logged a complaint but it won't help because this payments issue keeps happening, so until you actually fix it then myself and all your other customers will continue to suffer.

@AskNationwide You could be sure that I would invoice you for the time it taken me to finalise the issue. I charge £150 + vat p/h.

@AskNationwide Hi it wd be helpful to advise new members to leave 7 working days before trying to set up #onlinebanking for new A/C. It wd've saved me 26 mins on phone tonight to CS (who knew this condition) plus time wasted trying to register. Not a great start to my Account.

@AskNationwide I’ve been charged twice for something how do I sort it out? I can’t see an 0800 customer service number to call
