    @AskNationwide when is this being resolved you must have a time frame by now after a 6 hour delay this is disgraceful I have inlaws who are disabled and its their only money they have sitting stressed and worried because you cannot fix a fault you have caused 2 weeks in a row!!!

    @AskNationwide @anababe36 It’s gone from “there are no issues” to “it will be there between 12-6” to “there’s a short delay” to “it’ll be sorted by 6am” .... the same generic copy and paste messages... then silence now it’s gone past 6am.

    @AskNationwide Way to go nationwide second time this month your incoming payments has been down payday for me but due to yet another payment delay my wages aren’t there, gonna be some heads rolling this time for sure….

    @AskNationwide I do hope the problem regarding credit to account is fixed soon as it is quite stressful seeing that my wages hasn’t been credited to my account

    So whilst @AskNationwide ‘s customer service do not actually care. I hope they will remember the businesses they are affecting! Restaurants , bars, hairdressers , people paying bills , people who have been waiting to buy food. Not even an explanation or reassurance.

    @AskNationwide Well it’s just about 6am and still no money in my account.. Nationwide this is god dammed ridiculous!! You say apparently it’s being worked on but I have no guarantee I’ll get my money today, so explain to me WTF do I do when I have 4 children to feed!!
