@AskNationwide You had a secure messaging system that allowed contact with credit card team. You recent changes means this no longer works. Your lack of service is why I will change my bank. I will start the process today

@AskNationwide Deansgate in Bolton. He's now got some kind of telephone appointment to guide him through it so he doesn't want any fuss, but we would've preferred for them to help him in person - pls would it be possible to feed back to the branch that the elderly should receive extra support?

@AskNationwide nationwide does not have any way to send a message to your credit card team. The chat system is not connected and the team cannot help. The link given to send a secure message will come back with an error message after you have sent it.

@AskNationwide your wickford branch cash machine has just eaten some cash I've deposited. I can't speak to anyone. I need help but there is literally no useful numbers or info anywhere.
