@AskNationwide not good enough! I need to send money to my account so I can use my card for fuel to get too work, all day this has been down and no where near a resolution or explanation, happened around the same time last month as well you owe your customers answers and to fix this

@AskNationwide app telling me I can’t make payments out and payments in are delayed. ‘everything else is working’. Paying in and paying out are sort of the key tasks aren’t they? Not the best time of year for an IT failure! And wouldn’t it be nice if customers were contacted?

@AskNationwide is there compensation being offered to your customers who have suffered due to your incompetence... You have caused serious amounts of stress in an already stressful time... Lost hundreds if not thousands of customers due to pathetic customer service..
