@AskNationwide You made a loan to my father with dementia. Later as PoA for dad I did everything to ensure mum could pay loan. Spent hours in branch and on phone. Made new agreement but still mum being hounded despite paying every month. Who can help?

@AskNationwide (ex-mutual BS ) saying the insane house prices they helped push up due to easy debt and low mortgage rates are down 0.6% mom and up 1.1% year on year. They speak like it's a bad thing...while the rob savers of 10% of their money. A mutual or a crime gang ?

@AskNationwide are there any plans to add more features to your app? It’s absurd that you have to have a card reader to do virtually anything and can’t pay in cheques. I’m a loyal customer but am getting fed up with it.

@AskNationwide Well it seems that it didn't go through,but I've been charged by Amazon for a service that isn't any use without the machine, so the agent who spoke to me didn't actually know what was going on! I'm disappointed to say the least !

@AskNationwide I put my card in the reader , done everything and then put the code in online press end enter and it said error . I redone everything and now I have 2 pending SEPA payments pending

@AskNationwide Hi- we have a lul in employment and looking for a temporary loan to see us through 3months. Is this something you can offer? and what charges are there for paying off the loan early? I can’t see this option on your website. TIA
