Claire McClean (@Claire__McClean) reported@AskNationwide Oh and despite what you are paying Dominic West a fortune to tell us on your adverts you are closing branches down. I no longer have any idea where my nearest one is!
-
Susan Jarvis (@AttonSusan) reported@AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)

ππ₯π₯π«. Marc ππ’ππ«π§ππ² (@MarcTierneyNews) reportedIf #Nationwide insist on closing their branches during the working day. The least they can do is make sure they have enough receipts in their ATM. @AskNationwide #Haverfordwest
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Sarah B (@SarahB21171243) reportedSix cash machines today, none are working only one that was said my @AskNationwide cash builder card could not be accepted, absolute joke
-
Steve Hammal (@hammal6474) reported@AskNationwide I will, thanks. The manager in question needs to be removed from any customer facing role if persecuting old and vulnerable people is what she classes as doing her job π€¬π€¬π€¬

CJ Β© π· (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you donβt already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Soft Touch (@baghcat) reportedHey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)

kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported@AskNationwide are you having an issues today? Having trouble transferring from savings account to current account. Had the same problem last week but it resolved itself.
