Bec (@becclar15) reported@AskNationwide hi Nationwide, new customer, how do I apply for a cash isa? It’s a mystery, website doesn’t specify if members or non members. Can’t call. How do I speak with someone please?

Roy Beecham 🏴🇬🇧🇺🇸 (@roy_beecham) reported@AskNationwide I’ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didn’t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. I’ll go for the latter 🤬

Robstar 🚀 (@roballport) reported@AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤

Vivian Brickell (@TheOldDear) reported@AskNationwide are you having problems today March 2. Pension not in account - chap said it will be credited. When??
-
Ethan (@ethanms10) reportedTold to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃
-
Jennifer Curle (@jennifer_curle) reported@AskNationwide hi Nationwide. I am unable to renew my ISA online due to ‘technical difficulties’ your website is experiencing. Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.
-
Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported@AskNationwide very intrusive process logging into my account online just now. Question after question. ¿Who ******** thought this was a good idea? After the interrogation had to login again
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Steve Scrase (@StevenScrase) reported@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Shocked by the lack of support from you. As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act. I need a specialist to contact me who understands 'Vulnerable Customer' protocols.
