@AskNationwide @NatWest_Help I raised a complaint on the phone. A couple of days later I got a call back from the customer complaints department. She just kept repeating "I hear what you're saying" but had no solution. I await a manager call back still, though I'm not holding my breath anymore.

@AskNationwide for the second day running with absolutely no warning or reason you have blocked our joint account whilst away on holiday. Account is full, used on average ten times a day and you block it for being dormant. Useless

@AskNationwide hi there - the app crashes every day to the point where I have to restart my phone (iOS) to get it to work. A quick google suggests this is a fairly common issue. Are you looking at a fix?

@AskNationwide I only wanted a new debit card sending to my house. In the meantime whilst it's not been possible, I have opened a brand new account online with @NatWest_Help and received a card and a pin. Thanks Nat West 👍. Nationwide, the service has been the worst I have ever experienced.
