    @AskNationwide This is a joke - terrible customer service from Nationwide. Get an independent mortgage adviser to help you. Don’t trust Nationwide

    @AskNationwide your mortgage teams service is quite frankly embarrassing, got told on more than one occasion we could overpay at no charge, send over our payment and now been charged £400!!! Customer services are useless. The last few weeks have been chaos with them!

  • chris9181 Chris (@chris9181) reported

    @AskNationwide Hi,can you help please?We currently have a remortgage offer agreed and ready for the £25k for home improvements to be paid into our account on 1 November. With the current rate uncertainty, is there any scenario/possibility that u will revoke it as it's a low rate?

  • tucka20 Jordan Tuck (@tucka20) reported

    @AskNationwide Thanks Katy. The issue I have is I don't pay monthly to the insurance providers. I pay Nationwide for the provision of insurance and unfortunately the phone insurance provider is incompetent. They've washed their hands of it so my issue is now with Nationwide who I pay.

    @AskNationwide - I urgently need my annual mortgage statement from the mortgage works, can I get this emailed please? I am able to log in and do this with other companies but for some reason this is sent by post I believe from you!? And I have never received that! Thanks!!

    @AskNationwide Your telephone service is a joke. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and then the call just cut off and now I'm having to wait all over again. All I need to know is the bank details to make a one off annual overpayment lump sum.

    @Emsjo2 @AskNationwide God, I'm with them and mine's just gone down from £445 a year to £247!
