@AskNationwide I'm not receiving push notifications. My phone is set to receive notifications, but you aren't pushing them out. There is nothing in the notification history screen on the app. Clearly, you're not pushing notifs. How can I escalate this issue?

@AskNationwide I have called your customer service line and have been told that there is no way for me to be sent or be told what my long number on my card is. Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

@AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!

@AskNationwide your customer services are a joke. I cannot get to speak to an actual human being and your app doesn't help either. Is talking to an actual human something you do or not? 2 unauthorised payments have gone out of my account and you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of

@AskNationwide Are you having issues with your app? Trying to register my account on a new device but it keeps crashing

@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
