@AskNationwide it's taken 11 weeks & counting to get my mortgage offer, now living in a freezing cold garage in the middle of January because of your SLAs & painfully slow processes. Christmas was ruined, the start to my year has been miserable & stressful #badservice

@AskNationwide really so very unimpressed and inconvenienced that when I try to log in using my passnumber & a text code, you all of a sudden have a random mobile number on file so I cannot log in. FANTASTIC

@AskNationwide app still not working today even after uninstall and reinstall on Android. Hangs on the talking to nationwide bit. This is no good.

@AskNationwide All they do is repeat their SLAs and fail to do anything to speed up the process. It’s so disappointing given I have nowhere to live, the sale is about to fall through and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years
