@AskNationwide One says to re-submit the details on the website. The second ( not addressed to my name but has my postcode at the top and bottom again ) has urgency to get back to them before 8th July or they are out of time to assist with the claim.

@AskNationwide Your slogan, Nationwide, on your side, does that apply to your staff? All I want is good human customer service but you won't let your staff provide it, you'd rather get them to sell me things which really perplexes me as it does most people.

@AskNationwide Hi @AskNationwide my cheque was paid in on Saturday and although it is now appearing in my online account, it is not reflected in my available balance. I thought this was guaranteed to be cleared by 11:59pm on the next working day? Please explain, thanks.

@AskNationwide Love being accused of being patronising by your call line at 8.30am.Maybe if you employed staff who actually listened, absorbed facts ,were heaven forbid possibly helpful it would help the situation.

@AskNationwide How come your service status says that everything is working normally but when I try to use my card reader I see a message saying that you have technical problems?
