Duncan Gillespie (@DuncsGillespie) reportedA big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online. But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

Carole Railton FRSA (@carolerailton) reported@Mattcarpfisher @AskNationwide Always had amazing service in branch. I have been trying all afternoon to get through to Aviva contact to give the details of my medical conditions. I have tried on line, on the phone, waiting on both occasions over 20 mins without further contact. What is happening. And when i have gone to one line it just gave me the website, which already i am holding onto but have had not response. And for your info. I went through the app to the chat box and they said they would get me a human but nothing happened and later i pressed 1 for a call back. Nothing. ****** the time i have spent without solving the problem is 3 hours. This is nuts i have a job and trying to do this is ridiculous. Such a shame it cant be done in the branch.

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.

Tracy (@Tracy52468806) reported@AskNationwide I know! That’s what usually happens! Today it was insisting I use a card reader or I should order one! I didn’t have it with me!! Yet another system glitch?

Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Are you absolutely sure all your systems are working perfectly? I’ve been waiting over 90 minutes for a simple bank transfer…..
-
Bluemailer (@bigbluemailer) reported@AskNationwide @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide this is your standard response. I have had regular ongoing messages same as above, or 'technical issue, please restart'. You deny any issues yet it is no coincidence that you have an app problem but are in denial. Your IT people are sleeping on the job.

Peter Fowler (@PeterGRFowler) reported@26Left @AskNationwide 1/2 James, commiserations of he result - I guess it wasn't a surprise. Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote. Combining votes for, against and withheld, the highest a candidate obtained was
