@AskNationwide frequently when using Nationwide App on iPhone, the screen freezes when trying to establish a connection. Resolution is to switch phone off/on but it’s a nuisance. I have also tried deleting app and reloading. Is this a common problem?

@AskNationwide I just made a purchase online. The first time, it failed (I got Error 404 on their site), yet the money was taken from my account. Then, it went through, but the money was taken again. Now, I have 2 transactions in my pending transactions for the same amount.

@AskNationwide I live about 90 miles away and managing to help by ordering her shopping and can visit onec a month if we budget, its her 65th on the 30th so another year she can claim her pension.
