    @AskNationwide Thank you for your reply, not confident yet however. Am avoiding online banking. Some advice for Nationwide - the online chat service, once you actually got a human (45 minute wait!) needs a serious review, very very poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide @monzo ... I have subsequently, deleted your App, rebooted my iPhone (power cycle) and re-installed your App - set up access to my accounts again and now it works! There is clearly an issue - may I suggest it is your App's management of security token exchange :)

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide Use it... ... but seriously, I was attempting to make a transfer of funds - actually from within @monzo and #open #Banking - which then takes me to the #Nationwide App to confirm - at which point the Nationwide App states (annoyingly) that it needs to take me to your web site...

    Don't both getting buildings insurance with @AskNationwide They just weedle out of doing anything useful about the problem and strung me along the whole time. "Oh I'll get him to call you back". They never do. Took over a month and FIFTEEN calls to say I wasn't covered.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for attempting to help but I'm not interested in getting stuck in another behind the scenes loop, you should just take down your signage saying that the company is 'here to help' because it just isn't.
