    @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service

    @yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?
