    @AskNationwide So far your online service has required me to log in five times in ten minutes, won't allow me to convert my account and has a broken link to the page where I'm supposed to be able to . Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

    @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

    @AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    @AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:
