@AskNationwide I would like to open an ISA but it seems impossible to get any assistance? Can you actually open anything at the moment? The Branch said they aren't and I could not get through on the phone? How is it you are actually helping 24/7?

The service in @AskNationwide is absolutely horrendous. they prompted me to close my bank account, they were extremely rude and on top of all that they gave me the wrong balance. Will never be banking with them again. #nationwidebank #nationwideuk

@AskNationwide No help whatsover. I live alone. The phones, I have broadened my look, are worth at least £700, none of the shops I went to had them in store and had to be bought online. @Argos_Online @curryspcworld

@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)
