    I did get a response! Well done @AskNationwide for at least not pretending that I didn't exist ... ... ... but it was very dismissive - referred me to 'the team' and said "we stand by our support of this event". 3/

    @AskNationwide Nationwide advised a customer of our company we were a scam concern and not to pay us for an order! We are a small 22 year old family company.

    @financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄

    @AskNationwide I made two payments a couple of days ago which have come out of my account but haven't arrived at the payees account. Is there a known payment issue or is there a number I can call to check?
