    @AskNationwide mortgage overpayment issue in DECEMBER 21 still not resolved as promised spent last hour trying to contact somebody absolute nightmare, and not even my fault, suggest more staff are employed ASAP.

    There is absolutely no excuse for all these companies saying 'we are very busy' & putting you on bloody awful music for 15 minutes. If you have people WFH put them on the queues @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Is someone going for a record of how long before the customer gets so annoyed that they hang up. If we don't get through we could find ourselves without cover. Not a great way of protecting your customers. Now 83 minutes!

    I’m fed up with making phone calls to Nationwide and then being put on hold for 30 minutes. I’ve made 3 calls so far and have not got through. @AskNationwide please help me sort this out!
