    @AskNationwide Folks, if you can't accept cash lodgements from the Post Office, you could at least have the occasional branch open past 4.30 - quite restrictive / difficult to get to if you're working 🤷

    @AskNationwide Adam, how about rather than fobbing me off with the 965th survey from a company during this pandemic, that you take responsibility on behalf of your customer (me) and file a ticket for this to be investigated properly. Nationwide seem to be floundering when it comes to tech.

    @AskNationwide I only wanted a new debit card sending to my house. In the meantime whilst it's not been possible, I have opened a brand new account online with @NatWest_Help and received a card and a pin. Thanks Nat West 👍. Nationwide, the service has been the worst I have ever experienced.

    @AskNationwide @IanB1987 I was expecting a refund but it's showing a - on the pending and money has come out on available, has it been taken out? And what can I do if it has? Tried to call but all lines are down
