@AskNationwide any idea how long this will take to get payments back up and running? Also it says in my account the payment is in a queue, no need to resend, but on the actual purchase it says unsuccessful. So which is it, will it need to be resent once you've fixed the issues?

@AskNationwide if my mother is in a residential home and her doctor has sent a letter to that affect. Why are you insisting she comes to the bank before I can access her account to buy her things? #Blackexperience

@AskNationwide Shock!! Down again how many more times is this going to be an issue. I can’t continue with a bank that is constantly down I’m a single mother and rely on my payments going into and out of my bank account !

Imagine waking up to find you can’t access your wages when your on maternity pay ! Can’t pay my rent or do a food shop @AskNationwide your going to loose your customers !!!

@AskNationwide You had supposedly resolved these issues two months ago but still today we can't send payments digitally. It's time to stop pretending you're a bank and go back to being an over the counter building society.
