@AskNationwide No point replying as we just go round in circles. You didn’t look after a long serving loyal customer that’s all the public and potential new customers need to know.

  • HeatherNute1 Heather Nute (@HeatherNute1) reported

@AskNationwide Also I’m not broken down, I just need the app to recognise the nationwide cover

  • anthony123l Tony Lees (@anthony123l) reported

@AskNationwide I seem to have to allow an awful lot of scripts to run since I've tightened up browser security. Are they really all necessary? A bit of a rhetorical question but I don't like unnecessary cookies and scripts especially on financial sites.

  • HeatherNute1 Heather Nute (@HeatherNute1) reported

@AskNationwide Hi I just downloaded now, but I have deleted it and redownloaded and there is still only an email login option

@AskNationwide hello. I have a recurring problem. I pay a lump sum into my account to (more than) cover bills etc that are outgoing. I've just had an SMS telling me that there's not enough money in my account to make a payment. On checking, there's 10x the amount in my account.

  • chris_swan Christine Swan (@chris_swan) reported

"Or you can open an account on our website". Well @AskNationwide I can't make head nor tail of what account I need. Some, you can't have another UK account, others are ISAs - I definitely don't want another of those. Used to be a customer, only get time on Saturdays. Disappointed

Now, @AskNationwide... I've been with you 10 years, and have never used phone banking, only online. It's now 2022, and there's no way to replace my broken debit card without ringing you (needing a phone banking ID I didn't know I had and having to set up a new one). 1/2

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@FireNWood1963 @AskNationwide Get shut of your ISA, get 1.5% easy access saver with @chase_uk or a bond with SmartSave or Monument at 2% for 2yrs or 2.11% with Al-Rayan Bank. Ditch and switch as Martin Lewis says. I'm going from 0.4 to 1.5%. You will need to pay tax, but it's nothing compared to interest.

  • mrszulferino Lara Jevons🦋 (@mrszulferino) reported

@AskNationwide I've spoken to them now. Now awaiting a phone call back. Not a happy customer at all.

  • McglynnDermot Dermot McGlynn (@McglynnDermot) reported

@AskNationwide Good morning Claire. After 170 days why should I, the customer, be chasing anyone? Your CEO knows all about this & still we wait. My wife is struggling, my son is struggling, I'm trying to hold it together for all, & your company couldn't care less.
