    @AskNationwide I have already spent months going through a complaints process (ref NBS7622659), with just one response received in over 9 weeks! Is there not a case handler or a contact I can actually speak to? The customer experience and communication has been non-existent

    @AskNationwide Yes it was- from a nationwide current account to a nationwide credit card. Normally there’s no issues and it goes through fairly quickly but all of my recent transactions are still sitting pending 🤯

    @AskNationwide Your slogan, Nationwide, on your side, does that apply to your staff? All I want is good human customer service but you won't let your staff provide it, you'd rather get them to sell me things which really perplexes me as it does most people.

    @AskNationwide Our mortgage valuation had been received by yourselves, will be reviewed in a couple of days and you'll let me know if need more info: 1. Is that couple of days still valid given all you sla's seem through the roof? 2. Will you notify either way i.e if no issues?

    @AskNationwide And then when I requested a call back, asked me what times were convenient, I told her, then she said she would try and arrange something for the next 5 working days but nothing garuanteed, then ended the converstation

    @AskNationwide Hi Mel, no I do not save the banking app as a favourite. But it seems to be very temperamental and I can access it sometimes and not others.
