@AskNationwide Hi there. How can I stop a recurring payment to a subscription service (for which I'm not in contract?). The website has no cancel option, "customer service" doesn't reply, and the payment doesn't appear in my Direct Debits (I guess the payment comes off my card).

@AskNationwide I've tried to log in to my online banking app, but it says for safeguarding I need to re-enrol. Can I please check if this is a genuine message from Nationwide? Thanks
