    @AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.

    @AskNationwide customer service is shocking. My elderly, disabled widowed mum has been scammed and you’ve refused to do anything. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
