@AskNationwide Your customer service team have cut off my call twice today and are refusing to let me speak to a senior member of your team. I am on the phone to your fraud department and for the last hour they have been trying to find a manager to escalate the situation to. Still holding

what a shambles @AskNationwide. Twice to the bank to make a transfer today and systems were down. Made the payment using your banking platform and now the payment has gone missing. On hold for 40 mins and cut off, now been on hold for 25 mins.

@AskNationwide when trying to add my nominated account, I get an error because saying that they can't confirm the account is in my name. That's because the nationwide website is removing the apostrophe in my name and replacing it with a space. Please fix your site to allow names.
