@AskNationwide can you intervene to sort the issues with Lifestyle Services Group phone insurance website ? It's been a year and I'm still unable to register on their Nationwide-branded site. They clearly have IT issues that aren't being dealt with. Not good for your brand!

@AskNationwide hi this morning I used an ATM to withdraw £10. A message came up on screen saying Your transaction has been declined please contact your bank. I have just managed to check my account now and the £10 has been deducted from my account. Help please.

@AskNationwide Been told your IT Team are unable to find the cause and there is no ETA on a fix? Can’t they just undo whatever they did to cause this issue….

@AskNationwide Yes I have. Last year when I made a claim (around August) and then again yesterday. I was informed that it had been escalated and their "IT people were looking at it". It means customers can't self-service and places onus on LSG teams to answer the phones for all claims
