@VirginMoney @AskNationwide She has done this twice already and called twice. She even made a complaint using your website form. It seems these emails are “service updates”. This new offer would negatively affect existing transfers. You don't mention that in these "service updates". Incredibly disappointed.

@AskNationwide I have had a nationwide mortgage for 10 years which was paid off on 1st June hhis year. Do I qualify for the latest Nationwide customer pay out? thks
